What an outstanding conversation!!! You guys read my mind when you said “keep the questions coming” and “we have a stack of questions that we haven’t got to yet”…. I think I have sent the same question for 6 months hoping you two would have some fun with it 🤣🤣 I can only imagine how many people reach out! Thank You for the monthly AMA 🔥

Thank you guys, this was such an organic conversation. It made me realise how important it is to actually 'want' to have a conversation and not just lean on "it needs to happen". Thoroughly enjoyed the depth covered, and a highlight for me was the AGENCY part. ❤

I very much agree with your point of view in the video: one of the most valuable qualities of being an investor in investment is to be able to recover for failure, and to be able to rebuild from failure, to be confident to be restart again. Vivian Zhang

@@Reverihealth Dear Dr Spiegel, I could write a small essay on how much you and the app have helped me, thank you again. Now I'm going to be really cheeky and request a session specifically for health anxiety please. I have contacted your team and they very kindly said that they would consider it. As I have aged (as to be expected) my health issues are increasing. I'm not daft enough to expect that I'm not going to get ill and eventually die, but, it would be so lovely not to catastrophize every bodily symptom and I suppose accept my mortality. I have suffered from anxiety from my earliest memory. I know why and working on it, your app and exercise are particularly helpful to help me cope. Back to the app, I notice the difference even when I do the one minute sessions, what a gift to the world you have provided, thank you again.

The problem is if you say an alcoholic "chooses" to pick up a drink, then you're not an alcoholic and you don't have a drinking problem. People who have drinking problems have the very real feeling that they're not choosing to drink, they must drink, there is no choice.

So I have never had a friend my entire life, I have never trusted people not to hurt me and no one has yet returned my efforts to change the way I feel. Attempts to connect have gone poorly. I am very happy to be on my own , recharge when I am not around other people. Being around people is VERY hard work. I GUESS THIS MAKES ME A LOSER.

You mean how to fake being better for the ugly, and gray people. The opposite has to diminish themselves, so they can find a job, but they only get a low paying labor job unless they start having all kinds of relationships with the ugly and gray who are automatically given all higher paying jobs and can move up into the office and can lead and receive accolades, by playing by their own rules of backward human evolution.

Also, he doesn't sound grounded enough to convince others how to be better. Especially when this is such a broad elusive term. Teamwork does not include holding up people who are not focused on contributing to the team in the way it was intended in ideology as much as they are able to base their natural born and acquired abilities to enhance the team. Which can match or not match marketing strategies.

Also how much you put into the company and team should commentate with how much you get paid. Unfortunately in our society the 'green' never realize the less hands on work and the less you produce in product amount and quality and the more communication is part of your job, the more you get paid and your job lasts longer.
