What an excellent topic. Competence = Confidence. This is taught in the home but many good-intentioned critiques crush the mind of a young person. This wonderful video is something I would definitely share with friends and relatives who are PARENTS. We have to cultivate curiosity and knowledge from the start. Curiosity, diligence, competence, "preparedness," confidence, humility.🤔 Big words a child needs to understand to find a purpose and be a happy person. Great video! Keep up the good work. ❤

Yeah… when I read in your email you’d be revisiting this episode I knew it must be good. But it’s REALLY good. Will definitely be rewatching, what an outstanding guest!

To begin, you had me at "astronaut". I also put that profession on a pedestal. Just completed a rewatch of this episode (thru podcast and now KZread). Boldly riffing on "gems per second", this entire episode is gemelicious! The positive energy and enthusiasm was infectious. I share the sentiment expressed by @zaitunpeace.I felt it. Dr. Mike and Chris inspire me to be bold, master my craft, master my mind, to get out there and make a difference. "Fear and danger are not the same thing". The Good Life = purpose, skills, resilience, reality, humility. And above all else, know thyself. It is a privilege to listen to your conversation. In many ways, you both appear to be cut from the same cloth. I applaud your journey, your successes and the incredible opportunities that have opened up for you thru your persistence, resilience and efforts. Aspirational!
