  If Gabi Jesus starts the preseason healthy and in game shape, I quite like trying that again. Depends on how he performs in preseason though.

  It's not the players fault, both kane and foden had excellent seasons. It always comes down to the manager and tactics, that's always been the story of England manager. They have all been shite except for capello who dominated in the 90s at club level, didn't happen at the national level for England. Bottom England manager have no tactical idea or flexibility.

  We do not need blockbuster signing all we need is an effective player. Go sign wisely, youssouf fofana is the player to sign if partey leaves or not. Go sign viktor gyökeres and a proper right winger. We are good to go.

  Arsenal having talks with Connor Gallagher.hand on heart,I've been a fan since his palace loan and even more so of late.didnt propose him for the Arse cause I knew some gooners wld belittle him when mentioned in same breath as zubimendi,guimares(or whatever) forfana and thuram,bth of whom ive championed loud and clear.often etc etc.but in all honesty,our very own titi Henry and Angie post and unai Emery all love him.and I wld def concede that they they know waaaaaaaaay more about football/footballers than most of us ever will!!Facts!!   Hey Charles. Have you heard anything about Charlie Patino? Are we planing to keep him or sell him? Didn't he have a year left on his contract? I love the idea of home grown players playing for us but I think we've moved past Charlie and its best to make some money off him. Thoughts?

  Personally, juat don't see Bruno G anywhere close to a 100m£ player. If we'd spend that money on a MF surely there're much better talent out there. If we just wanted a dirty , brute kinda player who turns up from time to time, that's 30, 40m level

  We have heard for over a decade buying so and so would hinder development of some kids or existing players... that's absolutely bs Until we manage to win the PL , even more than once, there's room to improve the squad and indeed starting 11. Did City stop buying better? PL football , frankly, has become a huge global business, and it's ruthless out there and let's not get sentimental, it's not 1960, 80s, even 2000s anymore.

  I think Artetas plan was always having Kai as a no.9 but he just didn't want to put that pressure on him its evident from the first game he played in the community shield.

  We had to get Raya, Goalies with his skills/profile don't come around often. If it's possible to upgrade any of the first XI at a reasonable price like that we have to make the move regardless of who they might end up replacing.

  Diomonde is an absolute beast, has everything and is versatile. Would be a real coup if we got him, he’s one of the players on my personal “dream” transfer list this summer.

  Southgate played a lone striker against 3 centre backs (532) Milenkovic just man-marked Kane while the other 2 cb's covered him and their fullback's, that's why Kane never had a kick of the ball because it was 3v1, we should have brought off Foden for Toney that would tie up enough cb's to let Saka get 1v1 or allow Jude to arrive late. That's basic tactics, it's like Southgate never learned anything about the game.....

  Havertz did well for Arsenal in the second half of the season but he was hardly irreplaceable. He scored nine goals and had six assists in the Premier League in 2024 at a time when we were scoring fives and sixes multiple times and setting scoring records.

  In most games Havertz is the perfect solution, but against good sides who come at us we could do with an Option B- someone with pace who can get around the back of defenders- that would leave more space in midfield. Problem is- who is that? There just aren't any obvious players available that can do that.

  Fan from Singapore. Signing Osimhen would be block buster! Has the Onana deal died? Getting Onana & Forfarna for midfield, Osimhen for attacking options and Diomande or Marc Guehi for defence. This will be perfect 🔥

  We keep on saying we don't need a striker, until we finish as bridesmaid once again! When are we going to learn? We need a striker. Yes, Havertz finally found his feet but imagine how good we would be if we had another striker that could win us games. I purposely used the words "win us games", because we score goals but don't necessarily have a striker that can win us games. Solanke, Dovbyk or Toney would make a huge difference.

  Over 1,000 uploads watched, thanks Charles for the top job, When i tune in here on the daily, I am THAT guy talking to himself on the train to & from work, also when ive had one too many drinks on a matchday, the match reactions you do helps drastically, proving points on players by us down in the supporter's club or sending us into further chaotic disputes.   Southgate definitely needs to mix things up. I'd like to see Bellingham as a box-to-box 8 and Foden at 10. Then Gordon on the left with Gomez at full-back - we need a whole different dynamic on the left.
