  The very thing that got me stick with you is when you were inviting other makeup artist to di your makeup and share their experiences. The fact that you celebrate and root for other makeup artist and it doesn't really stop your own shine is one of the things I learnt from you.   Hey Layefa, regarding the stool issue.. I suggest perhaps drinking hot water with lemon in the morning before eating. Squeeze half or the whole lemon into your boiled water and consume in the morning before eating.
