Hello Layefa, thank you for the post. Really beautiful. Please if the headaches are getting incessant I would suggest you do a scan and avoid the constant medication as it will only mask things. Also, reduce the pony tail style - let you haid down occasionally- please do a brain/head scan. God bless you all in Jesus name. Amen

Pls if the headache peraost, try and see a doctor, I neglected mine in 2012 and kept taking OBOPROPHEN and ended up with a ZTROKE 2 WEEKS POST HEADACHES

Lovely vlog. Might be overstepping, however make a habit of checking your blood pressure regularly. These headaches might be indicative of something.

You should go to the hospital and get examined if your headache doesn't subside after a week, and not rely on painkillers. There could also be some other causes which can cause that, such as fatigue, dehydration, nutrient deffiencies, hpb etc.
