  disabled 2 factor authentication, no more issues. number was not blocked, instagram is just broken. was trying to log into the site via web browser on PC, it requested a code and said it would send via what'sapp to SMS, (i don't own whatsapp, yuck) so clicked send again via sms, still nothing. was able to log in via my android app no issue, so disabled 2fa from there and now i can log via pc web browser. screw 2fa and screw encryption.

  Did it, the INF installed successfully, but then I got "Cannot initialize adapter" when executing Bootutilw64e ... It's definitely not physically broken, it worked fine until I made a clean reinstall of Windows.

  I'm glad that your video is helping me so much. I have the same case like this 3 times. Idk why the translation button didn't appear when the comments is not in English language. Sometimes the translations is off, but sometimes it comes back normal as usual.
