i ordered 2 items in 1 order, 2 days ago, to get free choice delivery over 10 dollars. one has shipped (says awaiting delivery) and the other hasnt (says "to ship" and "collected by courier"), does this mean that the other one will be stuck on collected by courier, or should i wait a couple more days?

I wouldn't do anything for at least 2-3 weeks after purchase

I made my first order all choice now 3 of them are ready to ship but 1 is still at collected by courier It's been 3 days

I am going through the same thing, I have an order that only says "Collected by courier" and it hasn't moved past that status. I ordered it since "Apr 2, 2024" and it's still the same. I don't know what to do because it doesn't let me cancel and request a dispute, there are no options. I asked for a "chat agent" and they gave me a case ticket a month ago to be able to cancel or dispute, and still nothing. I really don't know what to do anymore. Can someone please help me?

@@izzylie Yes, just like in the video, no matter what you do, you must wait 2 months for the order to "expire" and it must appear in that state for Aliexpress to make the return, which took about 10 more days. It is advisable to get a ticket with an agent in the meantime

AliExpress is not widely used in the U.S, now Temu is more popular I guess with their ads all over youtube on every signle damn video. The ads are annoying af with the "Te-te-temu shop like a billionaire" song, but since it's chinese no wonder it makes my ears bleed :/
