I don’t know why, but I found it so funny when you said you hadn’t been to church in 800 miles or so. Normally when people say they haven’t been to church in awhile, they’ll say something like eight months ago or eight years ago but yours is 800 miles ago. That’s funny stuff.😂

I'm so glad you updated us. I love your positive attitude and your love for Jesus. Sleeping on the trail, now that is an art. I cannot even take naps in the daytime, for some reason. Keep us updated, please. And yes, the haze is smoke from the fires.

Night hike to beat the heat, LETS GO!

That heat is rough, of be night hiking and missing all the incredible sights 😂 The mountains are blue for the same reason the sky is blue, the blue wavelengths that are part of the visible segment of the electromagnetic spectrum are more easily scattered than the other wavelengths. The distant mountains are blue because there is more blue light wavelength scattered between your observation point and the mountains than what is scattered between you and your hand or the next switchback. That's a simplistic explanation. Wait until you see what happens with wildfire smoke-the light turns orange and amber depending on the amount of smoke, the color shift is really amazing! Good to see you closing your final trail miles for the year, I hope you're back next year to complete another state or two.

I didn’t get to see the wildfire smoke but I’ve seen some pictures and videos! Absolutely wild!! & thanks for the science lesson! I need it lol! I tried night hiking and I saw too many animals I did not want to see so I stopped. In Missouri we don’t have scary animals so night hiking is no big deal….

Boujee, I love your videos! That's great that you were able to attend church! Beautiful views! That is nice that you were able to cool off in the creek! Lol my problem would be is that I wouldn't want to leave the creek haha! Looking forward to more videos and God bless you on your hike!

At least you cooled down in the hot weather. Your feet appreciate it also. When it’s hot and sunny be careful in the shade. Rattle snakes seek shelter from the sun also

Definitely! If there was no place to cool down it’d be a different video for sure! A different boujee lol!

I/m in the camp to push through and keep hydrated. Less time in the higher heat as long as keeping hydrated with electrolytes = is my vote.
