The choreographer is the Brazilian , Sergio Reis. There are some moviments from CAPOEIRA, a kind of martial art. Jimim’s knowledge of martial arts and dancing provides this combo that delights us.

I think my favorite piece of watching Jimin dance is how he connects everything….. he’s almost constantly moving so it always just seems to flow so naturally from one move or blocking to the next

Contemporary dance doesn’t often use pointed toe; most of the time the foot is flexed. Also, Jimin is a Taekwondo black belt.

Jimin is a master of lines! Experts have said you can stop the video at any point and his lines are just gorgeous! I’ve yet to see one ‘meh’ body shape on him! He’s just so incredible!! Nobody else compares!!🔥🐥🤴

If you connect the choreo to the music, the part that you call "wild abandon" and "release" (caught in a lie) is the switch from a foreboding minor key to a brighter major key. It's an interesting choice to make that part a major key -- like the music itself is lying.

How he combines his background of training in martial arts, hip hop, ballet, modern and traditional Korean is so impressive. The fact that you pause at any point and he always has beautiful lines is great but even how he gets back into position through gliding across the stage.

Wow, I love how each dance bled into another one. I didn't realize how similar some of his moves are, almost like signature moves for him. I love seeing him dance throughout the years and that routine he did to the instrumental of I Need You is by far my favorite performance of his. It was BEAUTIFUL and remains an epic Park Jimin performance for me. And that's saying something, because Jimin can do no wrong in my opinion when he dances. 🥰😍🤩🧡💙💜
