  two quick things. firstly, it does more dmg if u aim at the head, no? secondly, can you try a cascade point shotgun? if u search for it in dim records or on foundry, quite a few come up, but Supercluster can get Reconstruction+Cascade Point… care to give it a shot? i wanna see if it’s gud

  It does some more precision, yes, but it's not a realistic thing to pull off everywhere as the effort of lining it up on most things would stump your dmg when it's already solid per shot. In a 6 man, divs are usually present for acrius dps anyway. As for supercluster, it's okay. Heritage is already there, and does the job fine for most. Cascade on a slug sounds better than it really is. It's probably better with surrounded, basically a strand backup of heritage for surge or if you don't have it

  acrius only does 3% more damage on a crit so it doesn't matter. shotguns in general have really small crit multipliers

  I’d recommend trying this with tractor cannon and a trench barrel perfect paradox! I’ve been running it since the shotgun dropped and I’ve never done more damage as the tractor person. It’s an awesome combination

  You actually lose dps with trench on rapid fire frame just craft a imperial decree with trench, its gonna do much more.

  When you’re using an unpowered melee to proc trench barrel, sure it’s a dps loss But when you’re looking for something to fill the gap between star-eater enhanced song of flame snaps (which is the ideal way to use the duper for dps, since the grenades waste super energy and deal much less damage), then 3 shots of a rapid fire trench barrel shotgun that reloads on the melee hit feels pretty ideal

  Use solar reloader mod instead and shoot parasite then 4 AA then parasite repeat, and make sure you proc worm byproduct every single time

  You guys using sleeper right now and 1k voices is like me watching a bunch of cavemen just discover fire 😂 my sleeper stimulant has 2k kills which sleeper always gets put on the moment there’s tormentors so 2000 tormentors I’ve killed with mine then my 1k voices is almost at 30k which is one of the goatest exotics in the game, flaws against tormentors but if you’re not one of those guys that are like “alright rocket rocket sniper shotgun dodge rocket pistol sniper shotgun dodge rocket” if you’re not one of those then 1k does the job perfectly, sleeper is a must for tormentors, 3 shots and they’re dead if you’re not potato ass aim, and then nggas be copying me just cos my calus mini tool has 100k too, literally anything I begin using falls into meta and it’s not because people have saw it and thought it’s cool so they copy, it’s because of this thing called mob mentality, people don’t have the brains to come up with anything interesting themselves so they see something and straight up think alright imma copy your loadout, say thank you to lemon for giving you the sunbracers warlock and then the celestial nighthawk hunter and then the calibans hand hunter, you people seen me do good and then copied simple as shi

  Ikelos has fourth times and focused fury. Twilight has envious vorpal. Ikelos has higher total dmg, but in a rotation like this different between the two wouldn't be really be much of a big deal. The damage phase is over before you're able to empty the reserves of both snipers anyway. It's more of a Focused Fury vs Precision Instrument kind of situation.

  Kinetic damage nerf to bosses + maybe some artifact stuff I can't think of off the top of my head because it's been a few months since we got this one. Dragon's Breath is also a little inconsistent inherently, and I guess also coming off of release Still Hunt, just about anything's gonna feel bad in comparison.
