Doesn't work with bleak watcher. Works with all grenades including healing grenade

Euphony is better, its total damage dwarfs scintillation. Both are LFRs so they’re meant for longer damage phases I would still go Euphony over any LFR.

Isn't this more damage than the hunter rotations?

Precision instrument is a lower damage boost than BnS and because the boost from the artifact is not additive, but is multiplicative, it’s not really super worth it. For instance, just using BnS vs Precision instrument and the 10% artifact, BnS will give a 1.3x bonus and the PI one will give 1.37ish boost (if my math is correct), which is offset by the things in the next paragraph. And that’s without taking into account that Precision Instrument has to build up its damage bonus, and the bonus does not last long enough to even get a super off without it going away, whereas BnS lasts like 12 seconds.

You do have to step out for it but it’s still a 25% dmg buff whether you’re in it or not. Only thing you’d need to step out for is firing golden gun

Why use scintillation? (Other than for yt clicks, understandable) Wouldnt an apex be better, especially with the new wild style rolls (recon bns)?

it just depends on the boss. bosses with an easy to hit crit spot are much better for weapons like this as ones like caretaker and such are better for rockets/GLs

This is stupid warlocks and titans can now get a hunter only exotic perk but hunters don't get any titans or warlock exotic perks theu need to remove this from then ir nerf it's affects on titans and warlocks becuase this is honestly bullshit to give a class specific exotic to other class while thst class gets nothing I. Good I picked up the godroll even though I'm a hater. like I was using it on the witness and I was doing more with parasite and a rapid fire sniper with FTTC focused fury. I must have just spent more time worrying about mechanic. Then again you are benefiting from prismatic warlocks passive DMG kit whereas I was using solar healing build to keep teammates alive so being able to throw my melee after a 4 shots of sniper was nice to keep up radiant for the team.Wait scintillation can't be good. Edit, it looks like you did 1.3 from just the super and then 15 more seconds of hellion(280k), bleak watcher(190k) and rest of the grenade ticks (50k), so the combination of witherhoard scintillation is doing 4.5-1.8, or 2.7mil Dmg, or almost 112k DPS. That's pretty good. Like I know other players where showing that but I just haven't quite let it sink it. I suppose it's up there for ez crit bosses and higher than whisper.
