Why wouldn't aluminum duct tape work for this?

The metal walls are all that is needed. Concrete pools are more expensive. As long as you keep water in it then it wont cave in. You say its cheap but you dont know what you’re talking about

One problem I see is the last zip tie: it compresses the insulation. You also need to mastic the area where the sleeve touches the box.

I REALLY LIKE your video...I have a wall in my master bathroom that is on an exterior wall. I would like to use your ideas that you suggested in your video...what type of foam board should I get. I have no idea which brand or R rating of Foam Board I should get...or the type of insulation I should purchase...Would appreciate your thoughts on the best product to get for the Foam Board and Insulation...thanks in advance for your time - greatly appreciated.

Your wire is to tight going to your boxes. Code is to leave 6 inches of wire after your last staple going into your box in case you break wire in your box, and you need to pull some excess wire into your box.

I don’t know what you are vacuuming the ash out of so easily. We have a shelf at the bottom of the chimney and a heavy insert in the box. Would have been great if you covered alternative situations.

Ok, so by this logic if air slows down heat, why put insulation in in the first place? Why not just maintain an empty wall cavity with 100% air to slow the heat down? There must be some part of the explanation missing as to why this works in regards to the insulation material itself and not just the amount of air pockets. Am I overthinking as usual?
