    I’ve been binge watching your videos and I noticed you tend to use your markers like a paint brush. I think that is why I love the outcome of your drawings 😊. They have a painterly look to them. I mainly paint in watercolor and would love to use markers the way you do. Thanks for posting great tutorials.

    Hi, how do u get the light strokes. Whatever i try with my ohuhu markers. I cant get it as light as you. My markers look way darker and i have the same. Even when i do less pressure it is to dark end not so good as you have. Is there a way to hold the marker?? Pls help ;) .. great vid btw!

  • @AimianArt
    @AimianArt24 күн бұрын

    Hi~thank you! ✨ it might be the kind of paper you use. Different paper will make the marker darkness appear a little different. What types of paper you use? Also did you try to move the marker fast as well? Which color are you having issues with?

    before i found your channel , I surfed on the internet to find the right thing or stroke and i never accepted or embraced mistakes , i wanted it to be "perfect", but after following you i've known to make mistakes and accept them .... i have also learnt like making mistakes and recognizing the beauty of imperfections, like in the drawing of mountains or trees kids love to make it all symmetric and smooth, but when try making a little roughness some not so symmetrical strokes , that is even more beautiful to look at! anyways , i just want to say ,that even if you don't exactly see through the internet about your contribution to us people aiman, but trust me ,our good wishes for your work and you are always there thanks for starting this journey and continuing it!! lots of love💖💖

    I want to thank you so very much! I have *always* wanted to try alcohol markers--and I stumbled upon your tutorial for waterfalls when I only had water based brush markers, but I followed it anyway, and was so surprised at how well it turned out I asked for Ohuhu alcohol markers for my birthday so I could finally learn to use them. I am not great at them, but, your tutorials are making using them so much fun and surprisingly beautiful to create with, I am hooked. So thank you!

    You forgot to mention the bounce light when you showed the sphere. Light moves through a room or space. So when it hits the surface behind the sphere, the light bounces off that surface and moves in all directions, also illuminating the back of the sphere, where the darkest shadow is. You can clearly see it on your sphere how there is a ring of light on it right behind the darkest shadow near the surface contact area. The same rule technically kicks in with objects in nature. Thats why I like to apply bounce lights to the lower canapy of trees as well, right behind the darkest shadows. It gives it a nice artistic look, even if technically bounce lights don't reach high enough to illuminate the tree canapy. But it looks nice, lol.

  • @AimianArt
    @AimianArt26 күн бұрын

    Thank you for sharing 🥰🥰 I choose to not mention the bouncing light here because the very reason you said at the end. The tree texture scatter the bouncing light and other shadow and light overshadow the effect of it. In my other tutorials I did mention it depending on the subject. ♥️♥️I agree it will give it an artistic look depending the design. I tried to keep the tutorial more simpler for beginners so they don’t get overwhelmed by too much information. Love your attention to details 😎😎😎 happy drawing!! ✨✨🪄🪄
