My hope is that you will never be the same after coming to my channel.
That you would learn how to re-present the heart, nature, and character of Jesus to the world, not just talk about it.
That you would be provoked to good works, live with integrity, walk in power, and most importantly, walk in love.
My only goal is to build, serve, and edify the church, helping them walk as Jesus walked.

I struggled with Danny Silk's book, as it was handed me in the context of a my addressing the commission of a crime by an unrepentant church leader. Later in a different church, I have seen the culture of honor teaching used to avoid confrontation of stalking, sexual assault and predatory behaviour. The idea being that to honour another we must assume that they want to repent. It creates a vast lack of safety in a community where we were promised we were safe. Also, isn't there a place for public restitution to earn back public trust especially in the context of predatory behaviour? (For example the present situation with IHOP-KC)

This was a mighty man of God. But of course, like any man he was not perfect. The "Helper" of John 14 is not the third Person of the Trinity, the Holy Ghost, but Jesus is referring to himself, the second Person. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, is the Spirit of Christ Jesus. In my Xposts/tweets I more fully explain how each of the three Persons of God has a Spirit, and we can have all three. I first heard of the existence of three Spirits of Deity via the Dakes Study Bible, then experienced it in my own life, which I wrote of in "My Trilogy....

The eternal purpose of God in Jesus Christ is to give us this new relationship with God (John 3:16; 6:37, 39; 2 Corinthians 5:14-21). 1Corinthians 3:16-20 Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.

Amen. Thank You Jesus Christ for the blessing of your Holy Spirit. I like this message, the blood of Jesus Christ is the only qualification (Ephesians 1:13)! Many genuine believers have been tormented by doubting whether they have the Holy Spirit in them, being made to believe they need to fast, to pray long hours, live perfectly holy etc. before they receive Him. Freely have we been given in Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit now enables us to be transformed and grow in godliness and character into the image of Jesus Christ, more and more. Indeed the righteous ones shall live by faith, believe the truths of scripture in a child like faith and walk in them/live out the truths. Hallelujah!
Go From Action To Idea, Don't get Struck in The Idea REALM OF IDEA!!! WALK IN YOUR PLANS!!!
The idea or vision of the plan comes before the action. Once God approves the plans, it is then that leaders take action. A builder never builds without the plan, then the cost, and then the action.
THE ACTION IS WAITING ON YOU
Yes, great leaders learn to wait for the vision to be fulfilled and then, they move forward. We must count the cost and allow things to be worked out in the invisible until it is manifested in the visible, by faith.
