Only problem the resulted chips is possibly too large to keep them moldering on the spot. Video didn't show what happens to the chips after this process.

I like it because it’s neat, but way slower than a traditional grinder. Good for residential work though.

We've used it primarily on soft woods so far. It hasn't had very many chances to get on jobs with hardwoods just yet. When we get the chance we'll be sure to post the video.

Great idea...limited urban application. With an 8000 lb piece of equipment and a 60" wide path, there would be very few job opportunities.

Those chips can be use stove cooking instead of coal , mulch also.

Torque monster, I bet it's hard on the mounting plate and locks hlding it on. A lot of torque in big oaks. Probably OK for 12 inch stumps. But not the big green stumps. Just my opinion. God bless America!

Yeah, but you need a whole fuggin excavator to remove the stump. At that point you might as well dig it out with the excavator.

This thing is great for sure, but The Best tool for stumps by far is a D9 or a 983B cat with a ripper shank mounted backwards. Pop stumps out like pimples.
