Here you will see our recently purchased Cat M316D with a mastication head working on cleaning up the edges of a Forest Service road. This platform will be capable of masticating on any road with minimal impact to the road surface.

That machine really does a good job cleaning up the overgrowth along the road. That road kind reminds me of Scales road.

Kinda....cept the paved scales rd has been closed just east of la porte rd since like '11 so not much need to masticate the sides of it

@@dickgoesinya3183 last year I hauled on some of the paved road but we had to use the old Scales road and Soper Wheeler had landings at the 7.5 and 9 mile markers. We sure missed the new Scales road.
