I had a look just now and bothered are some okay deals but also a lot of overpriced "treats" that you can definitely find for a lot less on eBay.   That's great to know! Thank you so much for your great feedback and for your honesty too. I am very keen to keep my channel real and not a clown show. You saw my hunting video. I'm not paying employees to open unrealistic amounts of sealed cases. I want to report the truth and show my experiences just the way they are. Another important aspect for me is replying to comments. One of the top 3 best part about making these videos is chatting to you guys. Just like I would if I was standing in a shop looking at hot wheels with another collector. I am a chatty and happy person so I really like the social side of social media. Too many KZreadrs don't really have time for replying to comments and that's very sad. Wish you a really great day!   Thanks man! Really appreciate the feedback. This helps me to better craft more epic videos for everyone who hits subscribe and wants to watch my content. This channel is about every single aspect surrounding collecting hot wheels so I won't say that customising won't happen. Personally for me I do see a lot of silver label hot wheels that could use a wheel swap for sure! I am also a fan of watching customising content on KZread so who know what will happen in the future for this channel. I am also a bit of a purest so changing the original car I will say isn't appealing to me right now but also in the same breath I haven't ever customised a hot wheels and with a channel name like custom collects it could definitely be a subject I should cover! I will 100% make more content like that and I have 100s of hot wheels Diecast related video ideas that need planning and organising. Remember I've only made 30 videos so far and I'm really keen to make different types of Diecast related content as I know other video creators feel trapped making only one type of video just for the money. For now, I want to have fun cover all aspects of Hot Wheels collecting and test out which videos do well as if I don't make them then I'll never know. But yes. 100% you can expect more diorama display videos in future content and in fact I'm already working on the type of video you would like to see 🙏

  This video was amazing!!! Although I missed your voice on this one, it was trully a marvelous editing! The infographics AND the sound effects of acceleration, boosts and music were BRILLIANT, you really have put effort into this and I loved watching through the whole thing! Even saw you wrote Luigi Mario, surprising you know his true surname, not everyone does! I CAN'T BELIEVE the BMW Race was one by the M2 after that looping fakeout crash!!   @@customcollects Hey there! Honestly... I've been creating content on KZread for 9 years now... The only reason this video didn't get more views is literally pure luck factor. Sometimes I have random peaks of views on random videos that are the same as other unboxings. KZread just... Sucks in that way. 90% of KZread is luck based, don't worry about the video since the quality is insane. My fav videos are unboxings of new stuff and racing them on the track, so I enjoyed this video A LOT

  Yeah nice! AliExpress have an event on right now which runs until June 7th. Prices will go up and down all the time. That's why you'll never see prices like 19.99 or 20.00 flat. It also depends which country you live in and other factors too can influence price. I've read comments from some people who found the product as a much higher cost but I'm really pleased that you commented to let me know that you found it for a really great price. That's awesome! I did manage to find a fresh H case dump bin yesterday - snagged that new Porsche 904 and a bunch of other fantastic mainlines. I’m a huge fan of your diorama videos. I actually customized a MoreArt garage to resemble one for the RTR brand earlier this week. Very satisfied with the results.

  Are you familiar with a brand from Puerto Rico in the 90s called Tiger Wheels? They are very nicely constructed with highly detailed bodies but were designed for downhill Diecast racing. I believe the story is there used to be a huge group of Johnny Lightning downhill racing enthusiasts in PR some of which got together to form Tiger Wheels. I own several but don’t race. They are quite heavy. Turns out they have either amazing paint or awful paint. Not very consistent. When I weighed 1 Chevelle in package it was 3.4oz while a HW GTR on a much larger blister card weighed 2.8oz. These things are supposedly fast. However they are quite costly. Anyway love the races.

  @@customcollects hey man. All is good. Yeah the tiger wheels are cool. But again some the paint quality is A+ and others it’s very poor. I found a guy on FB who used to be a designer for Johnny lightning & Round 2. One of his posts goes into great detail as to the history of the Tiger Wheels. I first heard about them a few years back but couldn’t find them until I jumped on eBay. Also most of them ship from PR. Some get crazy prices like $200 USD for an open loose Porsche. Most B of the cars I get are early 70s American Muscle cars at around $25-$50 USD per carded car. I actually liked the first video of your I found which was when you did the Amazon Japan comparison. Was of great interest to me mostly because I have kids that live in Asia. They don’t collect but they do pick stuff up for me on occasion.

You certainly know a lot about them. Which Diecast brand would you say you collect the most? It's really fun to look back at old videos like how to buy hot wheels on Amazon Japan. I really thought I had to turn up my actions and personality x4 but turns out I can just relax and be my normal positive self and not have to try so hard in front of the camera. Learning everyday!   @@customcollects wow which brand I collect the most? It would have to be Hot Wheels just because they have essentially been around the longest, produce the most amount of different models & series and ultimately produce the most amount of cars. Plus cost and overall accessibility is tops for them. While I love HW they are however not my favorite brand. As for videos. Being yourself is always best. People know when you are being a character. Unfortunately being one’s self for some people is boring and may not attract viewers. In that case if it was me I would rethink about making videos. Lol

  @customcollects Yes sir this was just a fun watch overall, I was surprised the heavy premiums made the loop. I have been out on a few hunts and managed to grab the new tooned Mazda RX-3 and I went ahead and customized it. I also finally found the Exotic Envy Porsche 911 the regular yellow one and got the new Top Secret Nissan Skyline R34 by Minigt. It was great to hear from you and hope you have some luck on future hunts!

  @customcollects I found the 911 chase like 2 months ago and the set recently popped up in our area again so was able to score the regular to have one to open to add to my Porsche shelf. I pretty much enjoy everything you have been doing, I love the vibe and atmosphere and have enjoyed your Diorama and Car reviews a lot, I do enjoy all the other stuff you have been doing also. It would be a very boring video and would have less than 100 views if I just showed product from the Internet for 12 minutes. I wanted to make this one fun and leave the ending more open to the viewer to make up their own minds for themselves by visiting both websites and using their own opinions to better decide how to make great savings online.   Hey how's it going! Ah yes. Do you mean because they are slightly longer vehicles than say a Honda civic? For sure! Yes. These are perfect for 1:64 scale model cars. If you search for a generic garage style display that would look great! A workshop design would be perfect. Yes! 100% I have spoken with another person who left a comment on this video and I explained that AliExpress isn't straight forward when it comes to pricing. That's why you won't see a lot of products listed at 19.99 or 20.00 and it's all random as prices that rise and fall every day. It's likely that this video as influenced sales due to increased traffic which is understandable. I hope that you can get your hands on this diorama display in the future. Name another app that you can download for free that then opens up a lot of opportunities to discover and buy Diecast model cars. Diorama displays. Diecast storage options. Diecast display and beyond! In the past I know people were wary of AliExpress but in more recent years things have really improved and I can't recommended all of the hard work business that operate on AliExpress enough. Be sure to check real reviews to ensure you have a great experience using the app : )

  I hate the fact that HW made 928 years ago with P-928 that had larger rear wheels and no interior, and instead of making a new upgraded version, they just made some safari/off-road versions.

  Great video as always man! Loved these races. You're a real one like me, racing the expensive cars no matter what the packaging says hahahaha. Impressed to see that the Speed Machines Porsche didn't end up first having those plastic wheels 🤔 My fav one out of these gotta be the Elite 64 one, it looks very cool and a very beautiful orange, which is a color I usually don't find special at all, but managed to be very pretty on this casting!

I'm very surprised there isn't more premium Diecast racing on KZread but also I understand that mainline basic cars are better at making their way around a hot wheels track. However. There is something really satisfying about racing the more expensive Diecast models 👍 🔥 You're 110% right about how the orange colour makes the elite 64 car stand out in the crowd and the fact that orange is also more of a Lamborghini colour. Now that I think about it. I would have liked the Porsche 928 safari to have been in zamac silver. Lots to enjoy about this one for sure!   Haha! I get that quite a lot with comments. I understand that you watch a specific part and then want to head to the comments before you forget what you were thinking. I understand 👍 you're very kind mate. It's strange that all those eBay listings had the 911 and the 928 together. I think most people will just build a listing as Porsche collectors make up a large majority of people that love to collect Diecast. Even better than the 911 wiped the floor with the 928S safari. Very interesting to see indeed 🚗💨

I liked how you read the rule - NOT for use on hot wheels tracks - then promptly broke the rule...lmao The elite 64 is the best looking but the matchbox mainline rally is pretty amazing for a buck fitty.   Best 928 is easily the MB Superfast model. Great detail, sprung "suspension" axles and the doors open nicely. I had the second version in the metallic blue with brown interior, but I did get the blue/grey one featuring in your video. My favourite 928 was the mustard gold original & Ive been lucky to find 2 versions of it over the years. The thing worth noting with Superfast models is that Matchbox did a lot of "mixing up"on their production runs, so you can sometimes find a different interior or perspex window where they had overlaps. Nowadays among the HWs collectors, this could be classed as a "error" but it often happened in the 70s/80s where they might use older parts to get rid of them. Matchbox No3 Porsche Turbos can often be found with an orange or cream interior in the metallic green version (it was the 3rd after the brown & silver releases)...

Going to nerd out and look up some of these "errors" which I'm sure you're right were just simple mix up when production methods were a lot less automated as they are today. That's also really cool too! Makes hunting for rare and random version very interesting for sure! Cool facts mate. Love it. I hope that one day hot wheels will pay a proper homage to the 928 and release a clean true to the original Porsche 928 casting even though that final run p-928 release is something else.   Cool race. I knew the Elite 64 wouldn’t win but it appears in the video that it really lost the race going around the loop. I think the loop is where it really fell so far behind. Almost like it struggled to even get around. I’m digging the idea of races and would love to see more. Porsches are one of the primary cars I collect with about 800 of them right now. Most of the premium ones don’t even roll at all so you couldn’t include them in a such a race. I’ll have to look for some other brands that do roll as I love to collect the old, weird, odd and defunct brands. You should do a race to figure out the fastest of each specific model Porsche and then take all of those winners and put them in a final race.

This casting really does have a lot of great hot wheels history to discover because there isn't a true to life straight forward Porsche 928 release. Hopefully we will see one in the future but also I won't hold my breath lol. Thanks for the support and the race input too! I have done races similar to what you're saying. You could say my two neon speeders are like that. But also yes a much bigger tournament would be awesome and also not even a wild and crazy idea. I could definitely make that happen.   @@customcollects I did get several of the new Elite 64. I haven’t opened it yet as I am a bit behind on adding to displays. Too busy buying more cars. Lol. Honestly I am not sure of my favorite Porsche. I collect a lot from the premium and ultra premium brands and there are some really fine examples especially when you venture into resin vs Diecast. I would have to spend a few hours going through my displays to figure out which is best. I do know that the few PGM brand Porsches are some of the best quality as far as detail. Off the top of my head one of my absolute favorites for some reason I can’t explain is the Porsche from the MB 70th anniversary moving parts series sold here in the US in grocery stores. Something about that flat orange color is great. Lastly if you are into racing cars (not necessarily HW) read up on a since defunct brand from Puerto Rico called Tiger Wheels. They were actually designed for this type of racing. I will keep watching. Cheers!

I had a lot of fun making this video and yes a lot of people might look back at older cars like the p-928 and if they find a loose one out in the wild they might think that all of them are from 1978 but we know that most of them are 80s 90s cars.   Great video, the Elite64 Porsche is definitely the best looking of the bunch. I just got the Pandem Datsun 280ZX Elite64 yesterday and opened it up, very nice casting, stances wheels, an actual separate diecast exhaust, and the smoked out lenses. I really dig the drag races you have a great setup and always great to see a fellow collector who enjoys opening and enjoying the castings.

When the Elite 64 928 dropped I knew I wanted to make a Modern vs Vintage review and of course thought that drag racing 40 year old toy cars on my drag race would be loads of fun! I'm really proud of this video and in the future I hope I can afford some better quality equipment to make higher quality content. It's cool to look back at video number 1 on my channel and then watch this video which is number 30. The journey has just begun! I was sooo close to purchasing that Elite Datsun until I noticed Hot Wheels skipped the mirrors and then it couldn't be unseen. Haha. You know what I mean? Have you managed to get out this week and go hunting? I found two Godzilla skyline r32 and the EF civic which of course were snatched up when they first came out in the 2023 D case.   Not at all. I can understand why you might think that as I have felt the same in the past, but in more recent years things have really changed man! I can't recommend that website enough especially for diorama displays. Take a look around and see what you think. There are great and honest reviews so you can do your homework to make sure you won't have a bad experience 👍

  Nice vid 😁😁 i also found the camaro while i am living in the netherlands and here it is also really difficult to hunt hot wheels so most of the times i go to germany to hunt. Are also formiliar with error hot wheels ? I have got a ford mustang shelby gt 500 from '68 in blue but with missing stripes on the side of the car and i cant find any errors of this car online😅

  thx for the reaction ❤. Well i have family living in Greece and every time i'm there i also visit the local toy store there. This time only my parents were in Greece . And my dad found the camaro there along with a sth fiat 500😅 i have been hunting for 10 years never found 1 and then my dad found my first one for me😂.

  Hey how's it going! Ali Express change their prices ALLL the time. It's why everything on there isn't a straight forward price like 19.99 or 20. I actually think that perhaps this video has influenced sales and therefore prices are changing. Supply and demand etc. be sure to check back in the future.   Don't Forget Etsy Site has dioramas at different price ranges and sizes. I bought a small $10 one that fits perfectly on my computer desk and holds 7 1:64 cars but I managed 10 with diecast shop lifts
