    4 minutes in & he's dropping foreign titles we can't validate or fully understand. 😢 I discovered his work researching planetary magic & it was not great, but anything else i tried to learn about him always involved the use of Buddhists terms to obsfucte his relationship to the point, if not the actual work. Eventually, someone charging almost $1K for repackaged PGM material while hiding behind foreign terms we have no contextual understanding of starts to seem shady.

    If you want to know the secret of the true religion Levi spoke you you may, imo, want to check out the work of Bob Greenyer at the Martin Fleishman Memorial Institute. Modern science has also stumbled upon these truths I think but the language and presentation is obvs diff. Same phenomena, diff paradigms to understand it. Hes on YT. The Symbology in Baphomet as Levi describes him is seen in the analysis of Plasma on steel and basically represents Alchemical transformation of one matter to another. At least in a material sense. Spiritually of course this is also possible ie as above so below but it seems to be a physical understanding thus far.

    Your understanding of Italian witchcraft is the witchcraft done in Italy and not what's done by people of Italian descent as a whole? So would hoodoo not be African magic to you or the stuff in the Caribbean and Latin America by diaspora African descendent peoples?

  • @drangelapuca
    @drangelapucaКүн бұрын

    Being of Italian descent is not the same as being Italian. And hoodoo is an African-*American* tradition. African traditions originate from and are practised by people born and bred on the African continent.

    @@drangelapuca I think the atr community would disagree but I have seen one person call them Diaspora traditional religions instead of African traditional religions.

    Angela, this is just what I needed today. I have ordered one of Jasons books. It is hard to articulate, but I will try. Both of your approaches are so honest, and clear, and not disconnected totally from the mundane. This my friend is the way to re-enchant the world. This has been the most benificial for me in my private practice. Blessed Be

    One can draw a four-square tabulation, in the top section put "Positive" & in the bottom section "Negative" on the left-hand side "Old" & on the right-hand side "New". Positive-Old has Traditional, Established, Time-tested. Negative-Old has Out-of-date, Old-fashioned, Archaic. Positive-New has Leading Edge, Up-to-date, The Latest. Negative-New has New-Fangled, Untested, Green, Unproven.

    The books on his website don't appear to focus on Hekate. Is that because he was told not to write a book, but do the courses? Some of Dion Fortune's books were from received teaching but didn't explicitly say so. Are any of Jason's the same?

    My grandparents are from Benevento , and emigrated to the US . From what i was told, the walnut tree where the Strega would dance was removed . The reduction in pagan practices began to decrease with the rise of Roman influence. This began with the first and second Samnite Wars, when Trajan fostered Roman culture and beliefs with the building of the Via Appia pushing through to Brindisi through Benevento . From what I understand , certain herbs and practices that were not accepted as part of the Roman’s theology (as white magic ,) was then considered black magic, and no longer acceptable to practice in the open. What i have learned from my family is mostly herbalism, following moon tides and seasonal cycles, meditation and grounding, homeopathy and resonant healing. I see the correlation between physics , geometry, chemistry, philosophy, and the mystical nature of being the universe and a frequency which can be shaped through resonance, grounding, and physical medicine . It appears as if black magic was an early attempt at physical medicine .
