If the revenue is too low for profit will be $0 or negative. They are the only business in America losing money 25 years and staying afloat. The NBA has been subsidizing them forever!

Yeah but he has all the same traits that we loved about Michael and Kobe. The swagger, the unbridled confidence, the sheer joy he takes in playing the game, the trash talk and the tough shots, the high flying, the unstoppable drive to improve and win, and if nothing else, to compete. He might not be Michael Jordan, but he might bring a little MJ back into the league.

I really hate the NBA media for throwing that comparison on him when he clearly said he didn’t want to be compared to MJ. This is a story as old as time. A young player shows superstardom and people say “he’s the next so and so” and then whenever he has a bad game or series then it’s “hes a fraud” or “I thought he was MJ’s son” NBA discourse is the worse in all of sports. Ant will be great he hit a wall going on a deep run in the playoffs but HE WILL BE A GREAT PLAYER very soon

*Give the teams same names as NBA parent teams (they do it in woman football (soccer)). It helps with team recognition and makes it easy for fans to identify with both male and female teams. * make them wear sexy uniforms [so many female sports have it, even NBA players have cut off sleeves to show off muscles. * create stories like WWE or college, encourage celebrations, taunting, invite influencers to do pranks, challenges, stop taking yourself so seriously. *LOWER THE RIMS ' you already have smaller ball and closer 3 point line, what is the problem. Some shooters will struggle for few seasons, but game will be so much more entertaining. Do that and you won't have to beg for the money anymore...

Tyler Johnson was more of Sean Marks sending poison pill contracts to budding stars. Nets had 0 draft picks and were looking to build direction after Billy King era. He also sent these types of offers to Crabbe, OPJ and (I think) Joe Harris - 4 year deals where the front end was cheap but it paid out heavy the last two yrs. All but Portland matched i think, but we ended up with most of them.

Omfg , the wnba is a horribly bad product #1 #2 the wnba cannot exist without subsides. They lose money every damn year. Wake tfu , wnba stinks nobody watches nobody cares. It's a very small niche market . They will get a temporary bump doe to the anti wnba rookie , she's white , only likes men , and is catholic.

  • @a1612

I think the WNBA players are counting the NBA subsidy as revenue. in that case, they have a point, but actually no they can't count a loan as earned income. ive seen the camera pull back from close in shots and was shocked at how few people were in attendance. they're so pig headed egotistical that they cant take advantage of this catlin clark phenomena
