Has anyone ever mentioned that you mispronounce the word videographer? Not tying to be a dick - don't know if English is a 2nd language for you or its a regional thing. You're adding an extra syllable.

Always exceptional content V. I just got this lens on release day and can say that it will be a game changer this wedding season. I have ALWAYS been jealous of my Sony friends who have such light lenses and finally it's happening from Canon. at 1.2 pounds this thing is a breeze to throw around. I have had the 28-70 since its release and just cannot get myself to use it often because of the strain it puts on my back and tendons.

I love your videos! Being a Canon R5 shooter myself, I noticed you shooting in Manual Mode. I discovered Fv Mode which makes shooting in Manual so much easier using only two dials to manually change any shooting setting. I was wondering if you have discovered Fv mode as well! I get that photographers get into a routine they are familiar and comfortable with and are reluctant to consider new features of our cameras. There are a lot of KZread videos that teach the advantages of shooting manual in Fv mode vs Manual mode.

I think Vanessa’s edit on the Lexar Professional SL600 Portable SSD has more color and interest than Kelsey’s edit on the Lexar SL500 Portable SSD. Possibly, it’s because Vanessa’s edit is on a “Professional” SSD while Kelsey’s is merely on a Portable SSD.

Why edit from a external ssd? About the edit? I think there must be a better picture.
@mxilplict6 күн бұрын
because external SSDs are fast and cheap compared to taking up room on your MacBook’s SSD. And if you backed up your photo first (like you should), then you might as well keep things simple and edit off the external since you’ll be regularly wiping/formatting it, vs putting wear cycles on the non-replaceable storage on the MacBooks SSD (thanks Apple for the planned obsolescence)

The raw photo ALWAYS comes first and foremost. Otherwise we would just start and end with AI. That said, a crappy edit/print can ruin the whole effort 😂. In truth both make the picture: like in old film photography and music terms, the negative is the music score, and the print is the performance. You need to start with something excellent to present something magnificent to the audience!
