  I remember when developers were into this fad of blocky monster homes partitioned into several poorly defined and undersized square nooks in the public part of the space. Who needs surplus mini-sitting rooms? A Great Room should be great in size. The address is wrong in the description btw. "Nanny Suit" - srsly? A home theatre with framed posters (large glass surface along the walls) is ill-advised for audio purposes. I hope the current owner is enjoying it and living their best life.

  That 50k couch looks like a futon and it really cheapens the space. I would keep the color as it makes the room pop but put something Batman would be proud to sit on.

  Incredible designs ! Finally something exciting to see in the Toronto market . Love the continental seating by the fireplace . The sliding door is probably from glass Italia . Which is a high cost item . The owner spent money in the Reno …. Some of the wall coverings are probably from Philip Jeffery, Love the big mirror from Avenue road . With all these renovations. . They should have just go with Lutron for all the control panels . The only down side of this unit is how dark it is ….good video tho .

  sorry but the housing prices in this province are ridiculously overpriced 8 million anywhere else in the US and u can tripple the size of this home with way more land and no neighbours no thanks my goal is to save up and buy a property nowhere in canada

The stairs are in the walkway, which is 8 feet wide and the ceiling is 11 feet. I wanted to ask how wide should i keep the width of the treads, 36 inches or 42 inches? Thanks!
