Great location, amazing views but the color palette looks dated and dungeony sorry to say. Still all in all a very good price for the location and the sqr footage.

Paid for Renovation work and furnishings work

Almost 1800 sq.ft and only two bedroom one of which can only fit queen? And the living room is also so tiny. Obviously, this place was not designes. Also, the use of dark colours make it look like even smaller. It almost as it didn't have any designer.

Hi Hameed, thanks for taking the time to write in. This apartment was a fully custom unit that joined two 650 sqft one-bedroom apartments into one. The remaining sqft came from the 2 balconies that this apartment has. I do have to apologize for the darkness throughout the video. This was due to a camera setting and the time the video was being filmed with a lot of backlight. However, I do agree the apartment did feel a bit darker in certain areas due to the wallpaper and the lack of lighting in the living room. Having said this, it still felt very inviting & open due to the amount of windows and natural light. . There is a lot of small details that this unit has, such as the extensive use of millwork throughout the apartment, extended kitchen/bar area, and the 2nd bedroom with its own private den space.
