correct this property was located in on of our preferred location on the hamilton mountain

@@thefurtadogroup7216 probably west mountain, that's where my first rental was purchased 8 years ago for 300K. It's probably worth roughly 800K now.

You used to play baseball with my buddy Dan, I would like to have a conversation and find a way out of my miserable life that doesn't involve jumping from something. I would love to buy some land and build a small home so I can rent my home in Brampton. Maybe sell here and build 2 homes if possible so I can rent one.
Times are different now, home costs so much more now
