    4:48 - I think the reflexivity property is unnecessary. Exchange is founded on the heterogeneity of products. Exchanging 1 coat for that same 1 coat is a pointless exchange and therefore no exchange at all. The observation that one things must equal itself is a tautological observation and offers no insight. 6:55 - There is a contradiction between what you are saying and what is written. The second term doesn't denote the differences between the profit rates of two different industries but between the one particular industry j's rate of profit and the global rate of profit (which would be all industries). For what you said to be make sense it should have been written as (r_{w1} - r_{w2}) where j = {1,2,...,n}. For example, "1" denoting the raw materials sector and "2" being the communications services sector (as per your example).The exact same problem is present with your explanation for the third term. 7:25 - Here again you conflate the world average for another countries average. The example should be that of wages in the manufacturing for China vs wages in manufacturing for the entire world (not just any other country). Can you explain if I am missing a part of your explanation which clarifies why you keep using such examples? Is it explained better in Ricci's paper? Thanks in advance.

    Just to reiterate though, labour isn't the source of Value. He does specify around 1:00 that Labour adds Value, but doesn't create Value. I see people learning Marxism assume that all Value is created by Labour, but it is not. All things have an inherent value, nature itself provides its own Value to not just humans, but other species across ecosystems. But as a species that has the unique ability to transform natural resources into whatever we desire for our needs and wants, it is our job as humans to use our labour to produce enough necessities for ourselves to sustain ourselves for as long as we can, at the same to sustain the land and treat it as if we treat our communities, our friends and families. Nature doesn't owe us anything, but we owe nature everything and we shouldn't exist to conquer it. We are as rooted with nature as a tree is rooted to the land. We persist within it, but we are as capable in destroying it, in tandem, we are capable in destroying ourselves.

    lol 😂, not calculating for marketing, transport, location cost, tax, cost of person managing cause that worker is a slacker, etc, no kidding the laborer get paid less than it’s worth cause there are other costs that go in it. . And the laborer gets his worth, just that the employer passes the increase in manufacturing cost on to the buyer, not necessarily subtracting from the laborer.

    The author of the video in 23 minutes never mentioned that Russia has, if not identical groups, then even worse ones, with youth training, a war cult, and the idea that all this is for the 'Rus' and is necessary. Regarding decommunization, in Ukraine, there is one good thought: never try to argue with people who idolize the Soviet Union but never lived there, and never ask them when World War II started, because the answer will always be not 1939, but 1941.

    I live in Crimea (that is, I lived in both Ukraine and Russia) and saw the state of affairs in these countries. Nazism in Russia is a serious crime and is being monitored extremely actively. If you are aware of Russian affairs, you should know that Article 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement to hatred of race, nationality, language, origin) is extremely well known in Russia (as it often appears in the news). People are very actively punished for this. And in general, society has an extremely negative attitude towards nationalist movements. Also, any person living in Russia will confirm that in the 90s skinhead movements were active in Russia. Which were completely eradicated. I haven't come across any of them in the last 10 years and I'm sure other people have the same experience. In Ukraine there is no fight against such phenomena. Stepan Bandera (Nazi collaborator in World War II) is a national hero and is highly revered. The military wears Nazi symbols and this is not considered something bad.

    @@user-xy1ru4zy2t I'm always amazed at the selectivity. If you've lived in both places, you should know and understand why in Russia any 'Nazi' ideology/symbolism is prohibited and completely suppressed. First and foremost, it's the cult of victory in World War II (which for them is from 1941 to 1945, since from 1939 to 1941 there was cooperation with Hitler and the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact). Secondly, Russia is multicultural and multiethnic, while Nazism is an ultra-right ideology; nationalism is simply right-wing ideology (there's no need to engage in a debate or discuss the difference, as that's not the point and not in the context of KZread comments). Therefore, the very possibility of tolerating the idea of national rights leads to collapse and civil wars because all power and affairs in Russia are centralized. Why did skinheads disappear? It's all very simple: tightening the screws from the side of alternative thinking. Skinheads are a primary threat to conflicts on national ideas and migrations, which generally benefits no one, especially since Moscow was built by migrants for meager wages. Part 2: Regarding Ukraine, I don't quite understand what you mean by combating such phenomena. At the state level, propaganda of Soviet and Nazi symbolism is prohibited here, and people are fined. It's not a widespread phenomenon because finding fanatics who will display USSR or Third Reich flags is not easy. Starting from the third point of your thesis about the military: military personnel wear symbols; what you've identified as Nazi is just your subjective assessment. The Adam's head is a religious symbol that has been around since the concept of a country did not exist. Crosses on equipment are a marker of identification (one can give an example from the heraldry of the 155th Kantemirovskaya Division, which was erased near Kyiv and practically ceased to exist (I remind you that its symbolism is two oak leaves - and the oak leaf is also an element of the form of the SS standard bearer, or simply the SS colonel). I hope the analogy is clear, so let's continue with the essence. There are isolated cases of using the swastika - which is a direct symbol of the Reich, but these are not mass events and rather a bad initiative. In the infamous Right Sector, physical punishment is imposed for using the swastika, as well as in other paramilitary youth organizations with militaristic leanings.

    @@user-xy1ru4zy2t Part 3: Finally, the most striking point is the figure of Stepan Bandera. Every Russian fears, hates, and trembles before him simply because of his existence. However, if you ask every Russian how Bandera looks, 50% will never distinguish his portrait from that of Konovalets. From the next 50%, half will not name any of his works or the author who described his biography or criticism of him. Among the remaining approximately 20-25%, who have at least read something about him, even this figure is statistically exaggerated by several times because television, short clips with bloggers' assessments, and very brief articles on topics of interest form the basis of their knowledge. There will be people like you who give an evaluative judgment about a historical figure from a contemporary point of view without historical context. Did Bandera do terrible things (more precisely, his supporters for a complete picture)? Yes. Do they have justification? No. Did they have a higher purpose? Yes. Was he a nationalist and patriot of his country who desired its independence? Yes. Did he use any means to achieve his goal? Yes. The problem with Bandera is only that he became an icon of the movement, although as a historical figure, he is not unique. He was simply demonized as an example of propaganda, and by translating historical peculiarities and requirements of that time into contemporary terms, he was used for both propaganda and counter-propaganda.

    @@maksb9599 >>First and foremost, it's the cult of victory in World War II Tens of millions of Russians died in this war. This is not a cult, this is an objective memory of this event. It’s easy for you Europeans to judge. Many countries surrendered to Germany with minimal resistance. In St. Petersburg, some houses were captured by the Germans longer than many European nations defended their countries. You were not exterminated in concentration camps, you were not considered untermensch, your villages and all their inhabitants were not completely destroyed. The Russians are the people who suffered the most in this war (at least in terms of the number of deaths). These are tens of millions. Do you consider it adequate to evaluate this event from your side? >>there was cooperation with Hitler and the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact This is a non-aggression pact. Germany signed similar pacts with European countries. You are contradicting yourself. At first you wrote that in Russia it is even worse and there are many nationalists obsessed with Russia. Now you agree that skinheads have disappeared and that the Russian authorities are tightening the screws on alternative-minded people. I see the objective reality - there are no nationalists, or they are hiding in basements (and if they are hiding, it means that a fight is being waged against them). What do I mean by Nazism in Ukraine? The most famous Ukrainian battalion - Azov uses Nazi symbols and nationalist ideologies. And these are not my words. These are the words of official American departments (before the war, of course, now Azov are good guys, because they are fighting against Russia). Do you seriously dispute support for the Nazis in Ukraine? Nazism is semi-legal in Ukraine now. I know Ukrainian and read/watch Ukrainian news. Six months ago, the Ukrainian Minister of War, almost in direct words, said that he would carry out ethnic cleansing in Crimea. On Ukrainian television, nationalist ideas are expressed openly. You are incompetent in the topic you are talking about.

    From 10 to 20 minutes, the video author tries by all means to prove that decommunization is bad (considering the name of his channel and the Marxism of his core, what else would you expect?). Spitting on the history of my people, on the fact that the USSR was literally a torture chamber for nations, and despite the fact that this group has not existed for more than 30 years, every Russian still shows this devotion to torture and abuse. In their minds, there is no shortage of goods, no memory of the times when the West had to supply provisions and aid in the form of 'Bush legs' so people wouldn't just starve to death. In their completely distorted consciousness, there are memories of ice cream, sausage for 2 rubles, ice cream 'plombir,' miraculous GOST standards of quality, and Pioneers, but no memories of dissidents shot in the 60s, no recollections of the Holodomor of the 30s, no memories of the torture chambers called the GULAG, and the exiles to Siberia. There are no memories of the mass resettlements of people and the settlement of territories with their own citizens, which contributed to cultural appropriation. No recollection of the destruction of language as an element of identity. Why would a Marxist recall this when he can simply say - they are all Nazis and right-wing radicals anyway. But three years of full-scale war have passed, we see 500,000 losses, wounded and killed on the Russian side, bloody battles for cities that are not taken but destroyed. The cult of war in Russia itself, with its constant memories of World War II and slogans like 'We can do it again,' while the entire civilized world has the slogan 'Never Again,' is a vivid example of the difference and absurdity of the 23-minute manipulative video aimed at people as far removed from context as possible, just to sow the idea that Russia has some right to invade a sovereign country, to kill civilians, and to commit war crimes. As soon as the topic of Russian crimes arises, any representative of this empire can recount the history of US wars, European countries, sometimes even the Far and Near East, just to avoid the topic of why they allowed themselves to start a war, because their methodology voiced to anyone who is even slightly in context of what is happening will not only be laughable, it will be pathetic.

    HAHAHA 6:53 Ukraine for the West is a means of achieving interests. I will skip the manipulation of choosing the most convenient and more or less well-known Per Anders Rudling with his criticism of the OUN and his works on this topic. The author also touched on the topic of the interaction between the OUN and Poland but somehow omitted the biggest critic of the OUN from the Polish side, namely Grzegorz Rossoliński-Liebe, whose works are aimed at criticizing this movement and the relations of that period. However, even such a critic of Ukrainian nationalists as Grzegorz Rossoliński-Liebe did not allow himself to freely use the terms Nazism and Fascism towards them, focusing and studying directly the issue of the Volhynia massacre. Ten years of hybrid war between Ukraine and Russia have passed, almost three of which have been full-scale and the largest in Europe since World War II. What is the result? The rhetoric went from 'we want to prevent NATO expansion' (Finland and Sweden are joining NATO - to which Putin directly said: well, let them, it’s their choice in his interview). Then the rhetoric was the protection of Donbas and Luhansk - as a result, now there are hundreds of times more attacks per day than in the years before 2022 - and here the 'great' geopolitician messed up. The next idea was denazification and demilitarization - this also failed because no government official inside could have united Ukraine around a common idea of resistance as the enemy in the face of Russia did. And in general, by violating security guarantees and starting a full-scale invasion of a sovereign state in 2022 without declaring war, disregarding all norms of international law since 2014, any Russian (including the author of the video, which I have no doubt) has no right to criticize the policy and hierarchy aimed at destroying every invader who crossed the border in any way, be it a knife, a gun, a guided bomb, or a drone. Anyone who came to this land with the intention of seizing it must be killed. Anyone who committed numerous war crimes on this territory and returned to Russia must be held accountable according to all norms of international law.

    At 3:11, like a true Russian, the author could not avoid the figure of Bandera. Most of them are afraid of him, but if you put up two portraits of Bandera and Putin, half of them will not be able to say who is who. Again, manipulation of history to fit the video's theme just to express concern and present the idea that in 40 seconds, the author cannot tell you the history of a multi-million country, but you just believe me and take the author's words as truth: Bandera is scary, all liberation movements aimed at state sovereignty are always bad. The far-right in Ukraine have always been like masons and influenced the political system and course of the state. HAHAHA, do you find it funny too? If not, that's bad, because this is such a hyperbolized manual of modern Russians that even they have stopped throwing it into the information field simply because only a person who knows absolutely nothing about the history of Ukraine and has no acquaintances here could be misled by it. All the books they have read were published before the 1960s in the USSR. Considering the author's channel is literally called Marxism-Project, it's not surprising.

    02:20 Secret pressure on the political opposition from the 'absolutely honest and incorruptible opinion of the video author' is pressure on the pro-Russian party OPZZH, whose leader Medvedchuk is Putin's godfather. Putin quickly exchanged him for the fighters of the National Guard and the Armed Forces of Ukraine (interesting why so?). Meanwhile, in our captivity, under the supervision of the Red Cross and in compliance with all Geneva Conventions, hundreds of captured Russian soldiers are being held (for example, many of these prisoners gave dozens of interviews on the ZOLKIN channel with their consent). They have not been exchanged for over 2 years because they are not needed by the Russian Empire. Two minutes into the video, the author follows the Russian manual as closely as possible, trying to portray himself simply as an observer and a messiah bringing the truth to the English-speaking world. However, unfortunately, in these two minutes, the author could not even allocate 5 seconds to objectively assess any of the mentioned facts."

  • @maksb9599
    @maksb959912 күн бұрын

    At the moment when the author points out that 'the Kremlin indicated the presence of far-right ideas and ideologies in the political elite,' it is a charade and wishful thinking, since the problem in my country is that at all times we have had presidents and those in power who were not nationalists, but dressed-up clowns, businessmen, beekeepers, and state traitors who were engaged in the destruction of the army (quite unusual for a 'fascist country' to destroy the main element of dictatorship and implementation of ambitions, isn't it?). Three years into the video, we see a vivid example of psychological operations and attempts to discredit Ukraine on the world stage, but three years have passed, and the Azov Regiment, which the author vividly and tirelessly inserts as an example of 'Nazism' in Ukraine, after numerous checks by the slow-paced West, was recognized as legitimate. No signs were found, and approval was given for the use of Western weapons and training. Wouldn't the author now say that the whole world has become Nazi, from the USA to Japan, which officially apologized regarding the situation with Azov?

  • @maksb9599
    @maksb959912 күн бұрын

    Well, the first minute of the video and the quote 'considering the formation of numerous fascist and neo-Nazi militarized formations at the beginning' the author manipulates the facts by showing the Azov SSO Volunteer Corps as an example, whose ideology from the beginning and to this day has been nationalist. The manipulation of facts by Russia and pro-Russian media and funds has damaged its reputation on the world stage. However, this is the elite force of my country, and studying their ideas, ideology, and works on which their worldview is based, I can say that this is traditionalist nationalism with the basic slogan 'GOD! UKRAINE! FREEDOM!' All criticism and association with Nazism up to 2022 were largely based on the use by some fighters of symbols such as 'the Adam's head - which also has a Christian meaning.' The crosses on the equipment have a long history dating back to the time of Constantine the Great (306-337 years) and symbolize the sign of victory. The Balkenkreuz also has a history dating back to the Cossacks and ancient orders and crusades. The Black Sun also has a much older history than 80 years.

He didn't refine it or market it. several people went into producing x thing. please explain.

    Don't forget though, the Labour that gives Commodities their value does not mean that Value itself is only brought out through Labour. Nature itself holds Value with no Labour involved. Good example is fresh water. There is no labour put into a river by human hands, there is no labour to create the water within a river, but the fresh water contained in the river is already there due to the function of nature itself, water itself is valuable to all species because water is a necessity that keeps us alive. No Labour went into water, but it still holds value to all life. Again, there could be labour to create the tools and containers to contain that water, but the tools created to create, to purify, to clean, to contain the water is a separate value given to the tools themselves rather than the intrinsic value water has.

    The video fundamentally misunderstands idealism. It treats all forms of idealism as if they were subjective idealism, a specific type of philosophy akin to sollipsism and essentially represented by Berkeley. This mistake excludes a lot philosophers, from Plato and Aristotle to Descartes, Spinoza, Kant, and Hegel, who would all be considered idealists but not subjective idealists. They believed in the existence of reality beyond individual perception Ontological idealism proposes that the fundamental nature of existence is shaped by non-material rational principles to which matter is subjugated. These rational principles would provide the order to the world we experience. Epistemological idealism would entail that cognition is fundamentally shaped by rational principles within the mind that organize perception into understanding (Meaning things like causality, space, time, being... are the tools of the mind to paint it's canvas of the world). Political idealism I guess would posit that ideal principles guide social, political, historical... events and relations. By giving a flawed account of this the video misinforms the audience, it does not address the topic of marxist materialism VS idealism, and it's later jump towards the (insufficient and intellectually disingenuous) definition of political idealism and arguments that could be categorized as such, seems as non-sequitur.

    One example is EV vs. public transport: Under capitalism it's much more profitable if everyone buys their own electric vehicle. But the way more ecologic option would be public transport, a couple rentable cars, and bicycles. Another is longevity: Under capitalism it's beneficial if products die after a few years, and replacements are bought. A planned economy could design products with max. longevity in mind, so that eg. one vacuum cleaner could pass through generations.

    Hey! Thanks for a great video. I have one point to make though as stating that Belarusian is doing well was a heavy overstatement. I would even go so far as to say that at this point I am more confident in my English let alone Russian than my first(allegedly) native language - Belarusian. I would say that around 85% of people here use Belarusian either to show off or as part of their school/university programs. It is all unfortunate of course but true nevertheless.

    Old people often feel nostalgic about the world they grew up in, but for old russians this feeling must be extreme..
