Hi sir, do you have a video about HCPC REGISTRATION 2024 and the list of documents needed.
The requirements, list of documents etc. are still the same as mentioned in this video and other videos in our playlist.
What about the course such as scp which took place in hospital placments so we put no in place of institute and what description should be?
The curriculum should have the description for each SCP which can be added in the course information form from the curriculum.

After fill information from I will upload on line or send by mail box , which format approved to upload online, we only accept an electronic copy of a handwritten signature (we do not accept signatures typed into this form). ). plz in this section what they mean for signatures?
It means your CIF should be signed physically as they don't accept Electronic/digital signatures. Once signed, you can make it as a 1 pdf file and send it via online application from HCPC website.

You can find all the professions regulated by HCPC here. www.hcpc-uk.org/about-us/who-we-regulate/the-professions/ Orthoptists are included here, not sure if it's similar or different to optometrists. You can directly email them and ask for clarification.

Hi, the 1st page of the CIF should bear the stamp and seal of the Principal/Dean along with their official email id. This serves the purpose effectively, as hcpc does verify the documents by contacting them via email.

Many airlines offer 2 bags of 23 kgs each for students. Best to check it from the airline before confirming the ticket.
Where do we submit the form? I have completed my form but dont know where to submit it. And as I started my application in last year november but did not submit it until now. Will it be a problem?
You can apply directly on hcpc website, just look for "international applicants" section.

HCPC has no such requirement. Any document like driving license, bank statement, or utility bills etc. can be used as a proof of address.

Hi, many thanks for clear outline about course information form.... They have filled up learning outcome achieved on completion of the qualification but did not fill up learning outcome achieved by each course as it was not mentioned into official syllabus course during that time. AS I had total 24 subject, and only 4 subjects have outcome mentioned in syllabus which is there in HCPC course form filled up by university. University kept saying we can't write down because it was not in university syllabus during that time. If HCPC ask for query then we will respond. what do you think outcome or impact on application form?

If you have studied those subjects and they are mentioned in your curriculum, it will be a good practice to mention them in CIF. Providing as much detail as possible saves the time during application assessment.

Yes, because they contain all the subjects studied, grades obtained and all other important information.

Degree and transcripts are required for HCPC registration.

Make sure that all the pages (including the 1st page) are in the form of a 1 pdf document (scanned). That will do. 👍🏼

Seal and stamp on 1st page is mandatory, however you can have them on some random pages throughout the document as well.

Hey, I'm a physiotherapist. I have recently completed my internship and i don't have any employment yet. So can i submit my internship certificate for employment experience And i have a query regarding modality section what should be done for that section because i didn't understand it.
If the internship is after your graduation then yes. If not, then it will count as part of your training during the degree and you definitely add it in the appropriate section.
