1. There are jobs for Pediatric Physios in UK. 2. Getting a specific job depends on your previous experience, qualifications and how easily you meet the job descriptions. 👍🏼

Can an internationally trained PG in MSK with 3 years experience directly apply for a band 7 role?

We would recommend you to throughly go through the job role and it's eligibility requirements. It's usually mentioned in job description/eligibility. And you can always ask the employer directly.
