  I just had a decompression and disectomy of the L3-L5. Not even a week recovering and I still have some nerve pain in my right leg. Hope it gets better in the weeks ahead.

  Hi , Your vlog series regarding discectomy is found very helpful. I am 28 year guy having exact disc issue like yours. Doctor suggested me for this operation.   I just had surgery on 5/7 of both the L4 and L5 along with L5&S1 everything went ok just having numbness in my right foot called the doctors office they said it was normal that it will take time for it to go back to normal.

  I'm excited to try the technique she mentioned about alternating curling the face frames first away and then toward the face to add a different dimension to the curls. I think this is the tip I've been looking for. I often feel that the side that I part on looks like the "hat" look she was describing. It's like the curls come together to make one giant curl/wave going in the same direction. I hate the way that looks. Hopefully doing what she said will give me the look I want.
