You are a strong person, but you just had surgery, so it’s okay to rely on your family. Don’t try to do too much at once. Let your body heal…it will tell what is and isn’t okay. Strong mind and faithful heart…the strong body will be there before you know it.

So I just wanted to say thanks for your informative videos as I will be having surgery 4 & 5,, very soon I'm scared ,, but it's nice to see your doing well ,sometimes life throws us nothing but curve balls right ? Just take our best swing, that's all we can do.

I feel for you. My mom had a disc removed and her leg is the same way even after years of recovery. I really hope that doesn’t happen to you.

I hope not. It happened to my mom too but hers were bulged for many years before

I'm 3 weeks out... Hope it's better now! It's depressing having a spouse have to take care of us.

These videos are helping me a lot to get ready to have mine done. But my dics replacement will be on my neck
