Hey Janet I really can’t say how much your channel has helped me. The one video you did you explained what a queue was. And how your body knew what day it was going to be based on what you did first in the morning I have been searching for the video the whole day and have not come up successful. Do you remember which one it was? You explained that when you took your sheets off of your bed, your body knew what day you were going to have. I have severe executive dysfunctioning, and that is a huge helper.

I spent my whole life being underweight. At 24 I was 112 pounds and desperately wanted to gain weight so I took apetamine and started off with protein shakes and eating more meat but that didn’t work fast enough so I started doubling up on fast food. Fast forward 10 years later I’m at 154 and I love my size and I love that I have boobs now hah BUT my gut, constant bloatedness and tummy is not it haha. Would love to go from 154 to 140 or 135 or something. It’s weird I know nothing about weight loss.

I feel like I’ve hit so many breaking points, and yet, I still somehow convince myself that I don’t need to change. Yesterday, I had a mini meltdown about the way my hair looked. I was about to go out, and it felt like no matter what I was trying my hair didn’t look cute. But then I realized that it wasn’t my hair, I didn’t like. It was the fact that with my current hairstyle, I can actually see how much weight I’ve gained
