Great talk but what also impressed me was the list of free software used in making this talk! As a vegan and free software advocate it surprises me how few vegans get the link. Thanks for that.

Great talk Jo. I've just planted the first ever mixed filbert orchard in the Scottish Highlands. 6 different varieties on 3 acres and am going to sow green manure as an understory to cut and mulch. Will come and see you when I next visit Kent. Gina Highland Veganics Croft

I've just taken on an allotment in early April and I'm going to be growing my own fruit and vegetables veganically as unfortunately I don't live near to Tolhurst Organic to be able to sign up for the veg boxes 😊 Iain is an inspiration 😊

while I like your approach to growing, I must point out you use animals in your growing, as your compost is created by billions of animals as in bacteria to eat your ingredients in making compost. So that said its impossible to grow food without killing or using animals. So why not have a nice juicy steak with the really good looking vegetables your growing. And Grace !!! what a lovely woman

In regards to your concerns of utilising bacteria in soil to eat - do you think it’s best to aim to be inconsistently kind or consistently cruel? If the latter I suggest you take up cannibalism or you are being inconsistently cruel.

Thanks for such a lovely veganic farming video. I am starting a veganic farm in North Carolina, USA. I am planning several underground (sunken) greenhouses and appreciated your greenhouse tour and tips. I enjoyed all 3 of your channels videos greatly. Great job! You are exemplars early of what we together will make common- as you call it, 'stock-free gardening',,,

Nice film but you can not call it organic and is not sestanable all you compost is not on the propaty you don't know where all this garden wast is comeing from if it has been sprade and under glass Tomatos grown out side in the sun have 360 vitel nutruents but under glass have only 60 so what has your greens got most probley as little as tomatos under glass just because you don't use chemical fertilizer and don't spray is in my eyes not organic
