Vegan Organic Network featured at The Martin’s Act Bicentenary Anniversary Conference 2022.
Vegan Organic Network’s “Save our Wildlife Competition” highlighted animal agricultures destruction of the earth’s ecosystems at the COP26 conference in Glasgow last year.
Schools, educators, leading organisations and individuals from across the UK took part in the competition, to help raise the alarm and spread the urgent message that; animals are losing their habits because of all the space that farming animals uses and its toxic run off which pollutes the land, rivers and oceans. Together we can create the change that's urgently needed.
The conference marks the Martin’s Act bicentenary anniversary and features leading scientists, lawyers and advocates sharing their visions for the future of animal law. A series of talks would be given over five days, with each day focused on a different area of interest.
The last day would feature presentations on education policy, with the final slot reserved for children and young people’s visions of a better future for animals.
VON’s farming solutions and “Save our Wildlife Competition”, are featured in the final part of the conference, which was screened on Sunday 4th December 7pm-8pm.
