Super! That was amazing, rock'n'roll!!!!! Anyone know the name of the guitar he is using? Looks really nice... (I am an old fart, I only know Gibson, Fender and maybe Ibanez... lol)

Who did the vocals and bass 1/2 step down?
@mattrg47022 күн бұрын
The original backing track is in standard tuning and I just pitched it down half a step.

@@mattrg470 what software did you use to be able to do that and not decrease the tempo?
@mattrg47022 күн бұрын
I used Cakewalk Sonar, which is now BandLab. There is a pitching tool, which doesn't affect the tempo. Any more than 2 steps of shift though and you get artefacts, as you'd expect.

I enjoy this version more than the original because it still has the sublime Geddy and Neil, but you bring Alex's awesome understated parts to the forefront of the mix where they belong, where they've always belonged all these years.

Thanks, I A/B'd every guitar I had with the same sound and it was between this and the LP standard. The Falcon tipped it because I needed the Tremolo in the solo.
