Second, don’t overthink it! create a decent pitch and use basic gear and go kick ass brother I believe in you. If Im able to do it you can.

I used to clean windows, our best clients were the kind that never asked for the price, just paid the bill. They were all from word of mouth. You deal will less of the whiney poors that way. Our clients would converse like friends the entire time we were there. Or, they'd just give us the garage code, we'd do the job, and they'd ask us back to do it again. It's really not worth dealing with these kinds of inconsiderate customers.
