    I wouldn't put more gravel in, buy fire brick. measure 4.5 in below your cap stone and mease the thickness of the brick you choose and fill the difference with sand and dry set them. you may need to have a layer of garden cloth to keep the sand from settling. the floor will tuck under your cap stone . They will make for an easy cleanout. . It looks great, good design and build.

    I've been dealing with this issue since I bought my 2017 Camaro brand new. Took the car to two different dealerships and the said they found nothing wrong with the car that I just needed to drive it more and the issue should go away. Now my car is no longer under warranty and I'm afraid I'm going to be stuck with a $600 bill to have my transmission flushed. Thank you for the info on the GM bulletin.

    The DE powder is supposed to be there. but when it gets plugged up, it cant clean/filter any more. You can take the top manifold off and clean the grids individually. This is recommended at least 1x-more like 2-3 times a year. But your filter is big vs your pool, so. Another thing I have seen done, is taking the filter cap off, and doing backflush while you hose it. Can be messy if water can collect in the area. BTW, I too am no expert either, and I am at the point of getting algea back after shocking it out. What is the chemical levels you keep for your pool to stay algae free? I know running the pump is the #1 way to keep algea away as water remains being filtered and moving.

    How do you have a 12v feed? How new is your pool? When did they start making pools with LED as a standard?

    Hey, thank you for your video. But I am hoping you can help me with a little different problem. I had a Briggs and Stratton surface cleaner that only works with machines of 2400 PSI and above. I used it with my old Gas machine of 2800 PSI(I am a homeowner and did not need a higher PSI for my small property.). I always had trouble starting the gas machine so I purchased an electric Craftsman 2100 PSI from a local hardware store and now that Briggs and Stratton surface cleaner will not turn with the lower PSI electric machine. So I bought a new surface cleaner from eBay and on the first outing it did a bad job. It was leaving circular marks. The seller said to clean the nozzles that it must have gotten dirt in them from the gun and wand. But it was the first time I was using it? How can that be? So he recommended I use that wire tool to clean out the jet nozzles. But when I squirt water after that the water does NOT come out the other end. I do not need it for a large project and I was hoping that this easy-to-use electric washer will work with this lower surface cleaner that is MADE for the PSI on this electric machine. Here is the item I purchased from eBay take a look--( 15" Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner Pressure Washer Extension Scrubber 3200PSI US $36.99 Sold by: interstatesuppliesandservicesuser ID I am frustrated. Can you advise? I also am looking at another machine with a higher PSI but I never heard of this product- maybe you can advise on this one- if it is better than my craftsman I will be able to use my BRIGGS and Stratton surface cleaner because it works with the higher PSI machine. ( (PowRyte Electric Pressure Washer Foam Cannon 4 Different Pressure Tips)-- Is this a solid machine that will be better than my Craftsman electric. OR can you tell me if Craftsman Electric is a good machine as is and just to get a better surface cleaner that will work with a low PSI machine.. here is my Craftsman unit---(CRAFTSMAN Electric Pressure Washer, Cold Water, 2100-PSI, 1.2 GPM, Corded (CMEPW2100) Thank you for listening. I am frustrated.

  • @SebastianBalos
    @SebastianBalos26 күн бұрын

    There is no question that I higher PSI pressure washer will work better. If this was my situation, at this point I would try to bend nozzles on the cheap surface cleaner to more of an angle to see if it helps rotate it. mind you, if you have the confidence to try to bend them you might lose cleaning pressure at the expense of "spinning". I have both an electric and gas power washer. In my situation I know the limitations of the electric and use the gas when I need more power.

    I have a 2016 (base) Stingray automatic. Had been experiencing the transmission "shutter" as you call it. In actuality, in cruise control "D' mode (not manual) at road speed (60-70), you would see the tach jump up and then back down about 200 rpm every 7 or 8 seconds...and yes, it felt like you were hitting construction joints in the roadway. No noises...no violent car moves. When put in "manual" mode it will not do this. What I have found is that GM in their wisdom to make all the gas mileage from the LT1 that they could, caused issues with the trans. It cycles in and out from 8-cylinder...to 4-cylinder mode. My fix...I had a mechanic update the firm ware to "cut-off" the 4-cylinder mode totally. Mine stays in 8-cylinder all the time now and I no longer have the shutter issue. I do not use "eco" mode at all...never did. Next thing to do....I'm having the transmission flushed and filter changed to Mibil 1. That should help the trans overall.

  • @SebastianBalos
    @SebastianBalosАй бұрын

    What you are describing is also a common issue but different from the one I described. Most GM V8's seem to be prone to AFM/DFM issues as you describe. They have been for years. This issue is more specific to the lifter deactivation. The one I describe is narrowed down to transmission fluid. The cylinder deactivation has been a long lasting issue that GM refuses to admit and there are a lot of ways to get around it. Most people (me as well) have resorted to purchasing a AFM disabler device. Go on Amazon and search "GM cylinder deactivation" and you will find plug ins to get around this concern. Cheers!

    Easiest way I got to those sensors is through the top. I laid on top of intake bank 1 you wont be able to see it but u can feel it same thing with the driver side camshaft sensor did it through the top. Only crankshaft sensor I had to take off tire and plastic water shield. Work for me for some reason my camshaft sensor bank 2 driver side keeps going out bought 1 from AutoZone and it still threw out PO345 camshaft sensor bank 2. Tomorrow gonna exchange the new one I just bought hopefully the new will work
