Thanks for the review buddy, i have got the same cleaner, probably the same age, it's been in the pool every day, i have no problems with the tires (fiberglass pool though) and tubing (salt water pool), so maybe that could have contributed to the state your tires/tubing is/are. I do have a problem with internal wear and tear of the cocks etc., and therefore purchased this tune-up kit. All i all quiet happy with this product.
