    I agree. I came to the realization that many blacks grow up in black household, especially single black households, often haven't been bug, kissed, held, etc beyond being a baby. They were not told I love you, and talked to with derision, anger, and as if they're a burden. Living with a person who treats that way day in and day out is going to cause some slow growing trauma. The child feels unloved. When they are disciplined, it's not balanced with love.

  • @Pentazoid111

    yes that " prejudice plus power" argument for why black people can't be racist is absolutely dumb. by this logic the kkk cannot be racist because today they like politically power. I do think that many on the left promote paternalistic racism for sure. there are whites who believe blacks are inherently ignorant for sure . these are all good points and thinks for taken the time for to respond . I don't care if my race is declining. I don't care about that because I'm going to be gone anyways. the only thing that matters is what kind of legacy I will leave whether it be genetic or cultural. I share a common language with both nonblacks and blacks who live here true...but that doesn't mean I will share every other general interest with other native born Americans. there are some interests I share more with immigrants than with nonimmigrants. there are many Americans who want to promote NIMBY laws that jack up the cost of housing and immigrants are often anti nimby or apathetic. ..so in that regard my interests aligns with them. because immigrants vote at a lesser rate ...they are less likely to be involved in policies that oppress me in some ways...unlike a large bulk of the American populace who votes republican or Democrat. I think most immigrants who come here learn the dominant language here. African Americans as a population are declining too....but they don't seemed to care about it as much( perhaps because race is not as important or perhaps because unlike africans as a whole...globally white peoples numbers are declinning too) at least on social media. anyways , thinks for this very detailed response you gave and I hope you continue to make videos

  • @bluebird1694

    11:30 I have a hard time believing that WP weren't doing similar things to her. AP have a bad habit of ignoring WP's rayc1sm, only bringing up issues if BP are involved. Even this As1an hate started cause some WM sh0t them up but it somehow became about BP, at least on the internet, contrary to what you're saying. Not saying BP should get away with it either. Obviously, not. But it's interesting how they rarely call out WP. They blame or scapegoat BP for things WP do to them! I remember once on FB, an AP kept complaining about discr1mination and making it seem like the culprit were BP. This group was filled with l1berals who coddled this person. Something made me flat out ask them the rayce and they said yt. And I was like, why TF are you in here dragging BP when the persons who did this to you were yt?!! WTF?!! They eventually deleted the post. Another example are the As1an imm1grants who complain about blk k1ds bullying them but conveniently fail to mention that they avoided yt k1ds like the plague fearing their cru3lty and had to be around blk k1ds.

  • @quietstorm483
    @quietstorm483Ай бұрын

    Other groups are more likely to ignore white racism because whites provide tangibles and societal benefits that black people generally do not. Black people own little, and have a national and global reputation of inability to run anything effectively. Just look at the state of their communities vs others. In other words, no one really “needs” BP but most BP definitely need WP! They need the housing, healthcare, jobs, and stability of citizenship that the WP provided. So yeah, I will ignore the micro aggressions and the “what are you” comments I get as a racially ambiguous BP, and tolerate them over the violence of “ghetto” BP or the toxic attitudes of the defeatist, complaining and nonproductive BP any day. WW never physically assaulted me, yet BW and BM have. I gain nothing from ignoring BP racism and toxicity. Besides, it is WP who put the system in play to check EVERYONE if any issues of racism get out of hand anyway. They implement the punishments. So At the end of the day my bills are paid and I am still living a very good life.

It's either you're overly parentified or you're neglected. Parents says things like "defend yourself" but be the first bullies which can lead you into a late bloomer to find your own voice or into becoming a target amongst your peers to get punked in the real world. Thank you so much for sharing your story. My mom wasn’t near as bad as yours, but she too is a narcissist from generational narcissism. I am in no contact with her because she has a cycle of every 2-3 she sabotages our relationship when things are going good, and she just blows it up and picks a fight with me and I feel attacked and get emotional and triggered so I decide to go no contact…again…this time may be the final time. I’ve told her about all this but she doesn’t change, plus I think she is still secretly drinking (she’s an alcoholic)…it sucks. I had a stepdad but idk if he was a narcissist or sociopath or what but he molested me and was a pathological liar and he and my mom had a physically and verbally violent relationship and he left when I was 15 and I don’t talk to him because he molested me. He past away a few months ago.

She neglected our appearance, talked down to us and was constantly stonewalling us. It’s taken us years to undo the damage.
