What is the thickness of the metal used for the exterior skin and case?
Picked up one of these and love it. The protection, design, and finish are top notch. One thing I'd like to suggest, and don't know what more safes do this, add some LEDs in the inside. It just makes the safe that much better for little cost.
Cool 😎 but does it have a backdoor/master code for law enforcement?
Looked at one today probably gonna pick it up.
Any need for desiccant in a Data Media Safe?
A large number of safes only have decent protection at the door. I would build something around the sides that are exposed to slow down an attack.
I would recommend adding the fire rating, and weight to your presentation.
Can they focus on making better quality guns than safes?
Me watching this right before I go into work to open and this is our safe 😭💀🙏🏼
Is it carpeted on the inside?
P r o m o S M ✋
Looking to buy one July 2024. Closing on new house. I must keep in the garage, so I need some type of dehumidifier?
Good enough for like 20% of the right wing. #militia
Do they sell your codes to the fbi?
My apologies freely hand them over to the fbi
😂😂😂
RESISTANT
horrible experience...cheap materials and is utter crap...avoid if you enjoy quality and piece of mind...
Could you elaborate? I was about to get one. Only thing that threw me off was the possible keyhole. What was wrong with yours?
Looks cheaply made
What do you do if you don’t remember the combo?
Where can I get additional shelfs for the safe?
Does the safe paint finish have a flake or sparkle in it?
Which one weighs more?
These are the worst locks, my front door digital lock is better than my gun safe. Thanks for the video explaining this POS.
How would you bolt to a floor in a dorm? You don’t own the dorm.
This video should just be 10 seconds to tell me to buy a Brownie gun safe
So the thieves can take it with them and break into at their leisure, this is only to keep it away from kids
It can be bolted down so nobody can take it with them.
Nice.
a bateria do cofre 0215.73w j050250 co fazer para abrir
How thick is the metal that houses, and where the bolts come out of? To me, having a feature where the metal surrounding the bolts are beefed up and I'll go for at least 1/4 " of steel means a very secured safe. I have this safe now thats a B rated safe, the safe literally has 1/2 inch steel box and the door is 1/2 inch plus the housing that the bolts protrude from is another 1/2 inch of plate steel.
Is there a way to silence the ‘beep’ noise the keypad makes?
HOW TO ACTIVATE “SILENT MODE” on Snapsafe Under Bed Safe: (I made for another review video- copied my answer here) The Snapsafe doesn’t come standard with a silent mode which I was disappointed by. However, here’s a workaround I found: Remove the 4 screws behind the baseplate on the inside of the safe. On the circuit board there’s a circular plastic case- this is the speaker. Carefully remove the black circular cover with pliers (and hot glue securing it). Under, you’ll see a thin metal film with a magnet; Remove this, and the beeping becomes almost inaudible. If the magnet is placed back to its original location, it will beep as normal. Loud beeping is now optional!! Brief review: For me, the safe works as advertised and am happy with my purchase!
in another video you guys posted about this. it said not to store loaded firearms inside of it. but you are saying we can store a firearm. do we just have to remove the mag and we can set it next to it? or do we remove all ammo and store only the firearm?
Have comfort in knowing that no matter how big a gun safe you buy it will not be big enough.
Good job thank you so much for this information
what about a floor jack for cars for the door
I’ve had had my safe now for about four years. I absolutely love it. No one can get into my safe no matter how hard they try now my only problem is is to learn how to remove a fingerprint.
How do you remove a fingerprint?
I have the same exact lock for 23 years. My problem is the wires finally broke from changing the batteries so I need somewhere to send it that they could fix it. I never had a problem with this lock I’ve changed the past code many times.
When you look at the back of the lock, it has a date from 1995 it was manufactured
What a neat safe. Love the glass front!
Stay away from rpnb. They have piss poor customer service.
It's not a clip
Liberty?
I don’t want to know what the best selling gun safe is, I want to know what the best gun safe is and that Sir is most definitely not a browning!
Touchpad is not on straight!
Nice job! Now let's see if you can handle this question. Can I change my safe's lever for a spoke handle, or are the mechanics different? ~thanks
How many rifles can it hold?
I would say it would be able to hold 2 maybe 3 rifles inside.
main thing in any of these is how does it mount? i need strong bolts to go through the floor of my truck
Fort Knox is the best overall. But they are expensive so many folks don’t buy them. I got mine with the fully upgraded steel package, redundant locking system, door organizer and an LED light package. The only thing I didn’t get was the stainless steel package that protects against cutting torches because if someone wants to get into my gun safe that bad, to the point they use a cutting torch they will ruin everything inside it in the process. Mostly people get the SS package when they keeping money, gold and jewelry on the inside.
Thank you.
What about safes with internal hinges?
ISM is better though
