You forgot a little bit. 95% Mormon. Almost entirely white. So if cult living is your thing...
Everything you said is positive
Depends on who you ask lol
I love the conservative and God ! Yes to Idaho
Idaho libertarians: "It's a free country. If I can afford it, I should be able to buy it." Also Idaho libertarians: "Stop moving here with your money and driving up our property costs. It's not fair 😭". 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡
Um um um. Annoying
I talk like a normal person not a script. Thanks for the channel engagement anyway 😊
Your comment looks like it needs a helmet.
Still should work on “Ummmm” it’s annoying. Only came across because I was looking about licensing in other states.
@@CS-mq7dh ooohhh sorry your a realtor? I thought you just were weird and posted videos of kids doing gymnastics. Don’t be rude for no reason. Your the only one on the thread to talk shit, just think about that.
#Demobilize, defund, and put on trial
Hey Clearwater ... I'm afraid your bounties were all in vain.
Love it!❤ this how we used to live!
that’s the best way to live, good for you, how did you do it?
It is!! We gave up our new house, bought a fixer upper and moved across the country 😂
These videos are great. I'm thinking about moving to Tennessee. (Georgia Residents now). What are some tips for affordable income?
I’m so glad! Do you mean job opportunities around the area? :)
@lifeingreaternashville I will be looking for other jobs when i move up there. I'm with a company now that can move me. I'm looking at Knoxville, Nashville, and Murfreesboro. Which is more affordable for housing?
@@jacobtremble2496 oh that’s awesome! Honestly it can really depend just on what you’re looking for. If you’re looking at those cities itself, Murfreesboro would probably be most affordable overall. But if you’re open to other cities right around Nashville it opens up a lot more of course :) I can’t speak a ton on Knoxville personally but if you want to take a look at what’s around the Nashville area right now I’d be happy to set up a property watch for you! I also know a great agent in Knoxville I can connect you with if you want ☺️
@lifeingreaternashville Great Awesome. I will be in Tennessee in May to visit some family. I will be looking around when I get up there. Murfreesboro will be great to live
@@jacobtremble2496 that’s great! Let me know if I can help in any way :) definitely check out Murfreesboro square and go to Hattie Jane’s there! It’s the best ice cream
For me this okay but the tornadoes 😲nobody want to talk about them!! That’s a con
It's gonna be Beautiful 🥂 An it's ALL Yours🥳🥂
Great video ❤
Lol guns. No wonder idaho teen suicide rates have gone up. Also people in idaho are horrible excuses to parents

Looks like a pretty city. Portland used to be pretty not no more. Liberals took over and ruined it.

Great Video Rebecca!! 👍
Thank you!
Evidence that google is not only listening, it’s programming too. 😮
I an in Atlanta GA and I am thinking about and looking at property there for all the reasons you mentioned. Already preapproved and looking for a good agent.
That’s great! I don’t work in Idaho anymore but I can give you a couple recommendations for some amazing agents there :)
Awesome job!!!! Thank you so much 💓
Did you recently leave Idaho?
Yes last year!
@@lifeingreaternashville interesting…. We’re in Western NC and considering Idaho or eastern TN. Definitely curious as to why you left ID. Mainly for homesteading?
@@charlesmcburney3902 honestly it was a lot of reasons but more affordable here, same values, much less harsh winters to name a few!
Came here because of the weird flag 😅
Just read that American Falls Reservoir is on an Indian tribal reservation, just a heads up!
What I am hearing is everyone is out of step but you.
Or maybe you should lighten up a little? I said it was dumb things 🫠
you drag it out & yap about non-topics. shut it and get to the facts. boring & long winded. 2 thumbs down.
Yet you still watch the whole thing and then leave a rude comment? What a gentleman. Thanks for the channel engagement 😊
😂vhs
TENNESSEE you are my heart and soul!!! Love always Kelli

Bugs 🐜!!
True 😂 worth it though
I'll Always Love Idaho Falls Idaho.
I'm from Pure Michigan.
I'm Retired.
Horse Back Riding?
Great info
Teton House was amazing!! Thank you.
Glad you liked it!!
My wife and I have been there since June 1st 2023 and we love it. It has its negatives but what town doesn't. We miss the music scene we had in Denver, but we do not miss the crowds. Thanks for all your great videos on IDF.@@lifeingreaternashville
I was born and raised there. Left in 94. Pocatello is warmer and usually has less snow than Idaho Falls. It is in a valley where there is mountain biking hiking, camping, fishing the Pourtneuf river in the mountains around. Pebble creek ski area is close by for winter sports. Air quality is vastly improved since FMC shut down. Be aware 50% of the population are LDS. Also Idaho State University is there which is a great University. It has a great older part downtown with most of the older architecture intact. Given the choice of Idaho Falls vs Pocatello I would definitely choose Pocatello.
You say that Rexburg is a good place to raise a family, but is it also a good place to grow old and die?
Beautiful. I love all the lights in the trees and throughout the property. Also, hope you and your family weren’t affected by the terrible storm! 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you! We’re fine thankfully! 🙏🏻
Amen sister❤❤
That is so cool I ❤️ TN
It’s the best ❤️
Awesome
Once I get my license in Illinois do I have to hold for X amount of time before getting licensed in idniana?
It might vary by state but I’ve never heard anything like that!
It would be harder if you aren't Mormon. Th blowing and drifting snow will get to you. There are moderately warm places in Idaho but the southeast part isn't one of them. But I hope Californians stay on you side of the state.
I loved Idaho Falls in the 60’s and 70’s….then my mom wanted to move to where she grew up, so she could be near her family….so we came. My heart is back home in Idaho Falls. I may be unusual, but I loved the wind and drifting snow. We skied, and played in the snow and ice skated in the winter at Tautphas Park. In the summer, we played tennis at the park and swam and played at the city pool. Different times for different things. I loved downtown in the olden days…loved it, in the wam summer, and at Christmas time….and in between.
@@katherinem.4414 You are probably Mormon and you attend the temple. And I once taught school in Grays Lake which is 55 miles SE of Idaho Falls and in winter, the snow was so bad that no one could drive to Idaho Falls. At that place we had snow on the ground for 9 months because the elevation was 6300. Idaho Falls is lower elevation than Rexburg, but it does get cold there. But it is a dry cold, not like the wet cold in the Panhandle.
Be sure you are Mormon when you move there. And wear warm clothing in winter.
We visited Nashville in 2002 when we took a cross country trip with our kids. Traffic on the freeway was terrible even back then because it was the height of tourism season. It was also hot and muggy. It was a nice place to visit and I understand that people are moving there because they want to escape California, mostly. But you’re just bringing all the stuff you’re trying to escape to other states and now it’s happening in those places, TN being just one of several 😢
As long as it doesn't reach -60 I'm good lol.
You just have to live where you are most comfortable
Been trying for Montana. We lived there 5 yrs n left to texas for work. Need to go back up but Montana towns are very liberal n we are very conservative. And very expensive for ground that have restrictions against all hooved animal.. which we need them.. and chickens. Been thinking about Idaho for awhile. We like the cold n snow.
I totally get that!
Praise the Lord and pass the bullets were packing our bags😎
