  i'm completely unable to turn on the dts surround sound through anywhere but app, legacy sound settings doesn't let me change it, quick menu doesn't let me change it, windows 10/11 menu doesn't let me change it. I've reinstalled drivers with no luck

  Anybody know who to reinstall DSM without loose the data partition ? (config is 2 disk in raid1 and DSM can't start because to much electric shutdown, I think dsm is corrupted because the syno and 2 disk works well separatly) Thx for any help.

  Worked for me!, after I did the build I reduced the ram to 2GB and graphics memeory to 1mb. DSM is easy on ram since laptop only has 8GB total and it works fine.

  Hi, during the Bulding of the loader I retrieve the error "Hash of Ramdisk not match, try again!". When the program try to verify the hash, failed. Someone have the same problem?

  It lacks any kind of support and possible future security updates are not guaranteed.If using on virtual machine you have no direct access to hard drives. I wouldnt keep any valuable data in this way.

  I have Synology DS416j, thats low tier device without many advanced features. This tutorial is for friends how to try Synology DSM before buying actual device. I dont have any PC running DSM with all those advanced features so never really tried external disks, maybe there is some information online, try to search.

  @@MrEe1010 Shutdown the NAS. Add another disk like the 32gb one. Restart the NAS. Synology should now automaticlly detect that there is a new harddrive added.

  Where did you get the MAC address you used? is it specifically for the DVA1622? How do I determine which MAC address to use, if I want to use another Sonology?

  I used MAC address mentioned on some thread in Xpenology forum, really dont know about other MAC addresses you could use. Without changing MAC vm couldnt boot. But I also tried installing on bare metal, and you dont need to change MAC, it works.

  @@TehnoManik Any chance you saved the link to that forum post? When I use that MAC, the web gui doesn't come up. When I switch back to a random MAC in VBox, it comes up, but the install fails every time. I tried downloading the .pat file a few times but it still fails so I don't believe it's a corrupt file. I also tried the 3622xs+ and it still fails.

  Really dont remember, I had trouble installing dsm on proxmox host, then i searched xpenology forum and find out about that mac address. I didnt try on proxmox later but VirtualBox and it worked with this mac and it worked for 2 of my friends also.

  I have the same problem, but looking for a more viable option I decided to make a plex server, and so I no longer have the problem with the video codes, for now it works without problem. Did you find any solution?

  i still have the same problem..cannot use logitech ghub together with dts sound unbound.. after i uninstall g hub , it works fine... but now my preset buttons or volume button doenst work..

  Hello! I have an arduino uno and an arduino nano. I have uploaded the code of transmitter in arduino uno and for the receiver in arduino nano (in different pins) nd instead of a buzzer i placed a led ,but it doesnt work. Why is that happening? Thank you in advance!

  I have a question for you. Assuming that the module with the transmitter is a moving object (such as a drone) at the specified distance as in the video, and the module with the receiver is in a fixed position, that is, in a position following the transmitter. What type of antenna would be a more suitable option, especially the antenna on the sending side? I seriously doubt that the most suitable antenna type for 150 kbps data rate and 2.4 GHz is a directional antenna.
