    I was curious when it wan mentioned that ellipsometry can be used to measure a thickness value from less than a monolayer. What does it mean by less than a monolayer?

    Could you please upload a video regarding the basics of X-Rays, about the instruments and details about the XRD spectra of various common samples like spectrum of mono crystalline , polycrystalline, nano crystalline materials etc. Like the details of various other instruments given on this channel.
