You're such an inspiration to me as a beginner quilter! I was wondering, even though this video was a while ago and the fabric is probably older again, if you could tell me the name of the fat quarter bundle at 6:59. at the bottom right hand side next to your jelly rolls with the brown ribbon? It's gorgeous! Thank you for your lovely videos.

Suzan, I am so glad you are recovering. I am seven weeks out from back surgery. For three months before that I could barely walk to the bathroom. Now I walk at least a mile a day. What would we do without our stitching? I am constantly amazed at the tools you find that match your colors. You really are the epitome of William Morris’ philosophy “Have nothing in your home that you do not know to be beautiful or useful or both.” I stitched a sampler I dedicated to that sentiment. You inspire me to live up to it.

So glad to see your doing well. Take time for yourself to recoup. Enjoy this time to slow down lol. I just love all the things. What talent. I am a red, white and blue gal. Although my things don’t seem to jive all together like yours. Haven’t quite figured it out. I don’t go to retreats, but I do like all my things together. A place for everything. I was in an EGA group, but it just gets too expensive. The drive is about 35-40 mins. We just don’t seem to do much stitching, after our meeting which is only once a month. I have a few friends and we get together and stitch. I have attempted to get back into quilting after years of absent. You have enabled me….i just love all your things. I also do rug hooking, punch needle and wool appliqué. Have you ever done the paper piecing with material for quilting. I just made an octagon mat for a side table. Once again Tks for sharing. Prayers for a fast healing. Oh! So what is inside your lunch box ?

So glad to hear you are recovering well! I had major abdominal surgery 2 years ago this fall. It takes a bit to recover, but it looks like you have a great set-up for stitching, with everything you need at your fingertips. Nice that you had a lot of support - I wasn’t quite so lucky! I did get a rolling cart after seeing your videos and I love it! I have the wooden tray for the top so it can be a table for my iPad or patterns. Very handy item. Take care and don’t rush the recovery!💐
