Hello! My name is Fiona. I am a graphic designer, and I am still working as one at this point of time. I was never in culinary. However, baking and cooking have always been my passion. I love cooking for my family, friends and my church.
I have always wished to own a cafe/restaurant where I can serve and cook for people, but that is too much commitments and risks. So, I decided to create a channel here where I can still share my passion of baking and cooking. The recipes I had shared and will be sharing are my favorites.
I can be really honest I am no professional. Before I share the recipes, I will usually do my research/study from a few sources, just to be sure what I am doing is right. These recipes are not difficult and they are easy to follow. If someone like me who has never been in a culinary school can do it, I have no doubt anyone can do it too :)

I used a semi sweet wine. But you can use a dry wine too, no problem

En otro momento dice “mezclar bien” y luego “no mezclar”, supongo que es “no batir”, pero para alguien que está empezando, no le va a salir. Hi dear Cassie. Thanks for asking. The egg version is easy. Just omit the yogurt and replace with 2 eggs. Procedures and measurements for the rest are exactly the same as the video. Happy baking! 💖

Just one question - why use unsalted butter and then add salt?
Because only small amount of salt needed. Salted butter may be a little too salty. Hope I answered you ☺️
Can I use all-purpose flour instead?
Yes technically you can. Bread flour is for softer texture ☺️
What is cake flour ?

I have a slight hesitation about trying this recipe....I do not have 3 pans of that size. Can I bake it in 1 pan n after it's baked,slice it into 3 parts? Will it hv the same texture as if done yr way( 3 pans)? 🤔
Hi dear. Yes you can bake them into a pan. Same temperature, but baking time increase to 30 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Texture is the same, but the cake moisture will depend on individual oven. I advise not to worry so much, no harm giving it a try ☺️

What are the measurements and temperature for 10 inch square pan
For 10 inch. You'll need 1¼ of this recipe. Perhaps you can multiply 1.25 with each and every ingredient on the list. You can use 2½ eggs to make it easier for you. Temperature and time will be the same as the video. Hope this helps ☺️
