Its a very good list, but Bukayo Saka should be on there I think.

If he subbed himself off, I genuinely don't think we would of bought Alison, or at least as fast as we did afterwards, he wasn't too bad until that moment

Kaka was a very unique player while very talented and elegant playmaker and one of the smartest tactical players ever but he was also a monster physically very dominant with a nearly perfect fundamentals and his most underrated quality was his speed and pace especially with the ball as i can't remember him failing to sprint past anyone and all of that physical dominance was shown in the most physically demanding league in the world As a milanista I'm definitely biased but no one could deny that we most likely won't see a player like him again

Purgatory? Are you serious? You cannot compare pain of your soul because of your sins with this sweet little football "pain" in this life here on earthy. This comparison is blasphemous. Keep football free of christian vocabulary. It's just football, not a religion. God is bigger and Jesus died for your sins.

La Masia players like Cubarsi and Lamine Yamal deserve to be on the list. From La masia there is a lot to choose because their also is obviously in midfield: Pedri, Gavi and Fermin Lopez. This list should be 10 players that will define the future and I would have added Cubarsi, Yamal, and replace Dollaruma with Pedri.

considering the injury, he should have been vindicated in the eye of the public, but moron cant be reasoned with, however the question is whenever or not he realized even the slightest impairment during the game, if so he should have asked to be subed off.

Karius was a ticking timebomb. He had absolutely no business being a senior player at a club like Liverpool and was only no. 1 because Mignolet was also out of his depth and suffering a crisis in confidence. Karius was a poor goalkeeper at the top level, let in far more soft goals than expected in the 3 quarters of a season he had been no.1 to that point, without showing any real outstanding attributes to make up for it. He was all unshakeable ego, no focus and average talent. But he had this bravado which can sometimes trick managers into thinking they're worth investing in, whereas Mignolet seemed to be falling apart with stress and lack of self belief. Two bad options to start in goal in a CL final and Mignolet would have been just as likely to let Liverpool down and become a footballing punchline. They had Danny Ward on the books then as well, which just doesn't bear thinking about. The goalkeeper coaching and recruitment at Liverpool was clearly completely misguided at that time. Karius seems to have lost that bravado and ego now and accepted the narrative, trying to maximise what he can earn as a career backup. He had time on his side but the 2 subsequent loan spells at Besiktas and Union Berlin seem to have set back his chance for redemption a long way. At Besiktas he was 1st choice but was mostly awful for them, ending up a hate figure for the fans and used as a scapegoat by the management. At Union Berlin, a club the size he should have expected to start regularly for, he never really even got a look in. And where should he go from there? Down to 2. Bundesliga where he'd really have to knuckle down and shed his fantasies of generational greatness, hoping that if he can manage 2 or 3 solid seasons Mainz might take him back? Why do that when you can just earn £50k+ per week at Newcastle and rarely having to deal with the stress and reality check of actually having to play elite level football.
