  Im from punjab, there is special spices available for Amritsari chole name as punjabi cholle masala or Amritsar chole masala, good to see you, your chole was little bit more liquidity, but you did 90% job, well done

  These were turn of the century advertising and by then the quality of Ads were already in early decline. Earlier periods of the 80s and 90s were better in general. Today, I use Ad breaks to do my 40 winks, etc, etc. Eminently forgettable.
