Rocky, a young man, seeks power and wealth in order to fulfil a promise to his dying mother. His quest takes him to Mumbai, where he gets involved with the notorious gold mafia.

K.G.F: Chapter 1 is a 2018 Indian Kannada-language period action film written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale films. It is the first instalment in the two-part series, followed by K.G.F: Chapter 2. The film centres around Raja Krishnappa Bairya "Rocky", born into poverty, who arrives in Bombay (now Mumbai) in the 1960s, on a quest for power and wealth as desired by his dying mother. Involved with the gold mafia there, he is recruited to kill Garuda, the oppressive heir-in-waiting, in Kolar Gold Fields. Yash stars as Rocky, while Ramachandra Raju features as Garuda. Anant Nag narrates the film while also playing a supporting role alongside Srinidhi Shetty, Vasishta N. Simha, Ayyappa P. Sharma and Harish Rai. At the 66th National Film Awards, the film won 2 awards for Best Action and Best Special Effects.

It's just the story telling part of that mad guy.. In real they all are starving and listening to his madeup story about a saviour that everybody desperately wishes for...wild imagination of that mad guy

@@Than_os Imagination? I think u didn't get it properly.... He enquires everyone about rocky and he even sees him in kgf 2 .. the story author struggled to get information about rocky ....u have to see kgf 2

@@freaknation1314 i am not talking about the main story teller journalist anand inglagi... I am talking about the mentally challenged guy in the kgf mines who is telling a story about a mother who give birth to a legend and that legend ( rocky) helped them to get the slaves their food rations for that day .. That was his made up story that's why the villains cannot shoot rocky because its just an imaginary story for the starving kids and others...through that story they got some relief atleast for a short time.. It is also mentioned before that scene about the other slave guy asking others to tell that mentally challenged guy to say some story to the kids because vanaram blocked their food rations for that day, so that the kids get some relief from starvation listening to his story..It has nothing to do with the part 2...

'Aaj un lokon ko ration hi mat de' then watch 2:55 ' kahani sunayega tho shayed bache bhook se rona bandh karde ' then watch 3:00 anand inglagi saying ' vahaam ek pagal apna kalpanaom ko kahani ka roop dhe raha dha '.. U should listen to the dialogues to understand each scenes..so it was his imaginated story that rocky pulling the food ration trolley alone and villains failing to shoot rocky

@@Than_os I can't understand but that trolley pulling scene was originally rocky performed ....and the guards tried to afraid him and go away from the trolley but he didn't fear off and continue pulling the trolley....the guard was shooting with guns to afraid him not to kill
