Jura machines are incredible! I have a 5-year old ENA Micro 90 that I purchased as 'refurbished' and it's never given me any problems! (predecessor to the ENA 4). I like the upgrades incorporated onto the ENA 4.

Just been told not to clean the boiler on a Bezzera machine by a dealer, is this correct?
Is the knob pull off/removable? Ours needs some electronics spray cleaner sprayed into the knob shaft.. Because the knob response has gotten bad/jumpy. Due to common age/oxidation of internal contacts... But unplugging and spraying with the knob installed, blocks the spray from getting where it needs to. Thanks

This grinder is horrible. I have 2 for my shop and it's very inconsistent. You also have to open it up at least once a week to clean out the flap otherwise your issues get worse. Don't buy this garbage. The prior model didn't have this many issues at all

Thanks for the vid Question: During the descaling you stop every minute to cool the pump? Is it the same for the rinsing? It means that the whole process of rinsing 3 liters of water could take a lot of time 😮

but the auto on off function power on machine but also power off? because in the menu I read standby and not power off...
What's the point with PID that start the espresso at 93 and end with 80 degrees that is 13 degrees difference with the PID. It seems like the PID is just to show the temp but not controlling it. I installed PID on my GCP and it works better than that. same goes for other built in PID like profitec go.
hello, I have a Profitec go which I bought it recently, the problem I have is that the pressure gage goes up after 2 -3 seconds and gets to 9 bar and starts extracting , I was wondering if it can be increased to 6 or 7 seconds? it seems there is no pre infusion at all. I get 36 gram of espresso on 18 grams in 25 seconds. thanks

I think they can make the LCD screen even smaller, I can still clearly see the shape of something that looks like numbers and letters!
I think you haven’t tested or seen this machine in nature ;) the display is small, yes, but big enough to read all informations needed very good
Dose Profitec Go has the pre-infusion function?
when i make the espresso it doesn’t show the time it’s taking to make it, only the temp is seen on the display help???

the screen is nice and so is the interface, however, the screen, the graphics and resolution on the Saeco Xselsis Supreme is by far way better.. I don't like the plastic around the group head on this machine.. Way over price but other than that it is a decent machine
Regarding "Cloud Timing", how many presets can I add? For Ex: La Marzocco Linea Micra can have up to 25 Presets? Does this machine have any limitations? Thank you.

I like super auto for convienance but waiting industry to be possible latte art on those maschines.z10 is with too much babyseeting and have expensive cleaninig per month what is not a option.

How did you fit in 17g of coffee into single espresso portafilter ? I have this same model and it's impossible to fit in there 17g. Did you change basket from double one ?
