    Relaxed here for 6yrs currently.... natural 15yrs honestly both require specific care. Educating yourself is important period. I love my relaxed hair type 4B/C fine density. I relax every 5-9 months hair is BSL. Love that you give your clients free range to choose what's best for them

    Do you use Olaplex to repair the broken disulfide bonds before, during and after relaxer applications?

    I use the Olaplex system all through the service. Number 1 I apply a little in the relaxer, Number 2 after I Shampoo and neutralize the hair, I apply. I do deep conditions w/number 5.

    Because I self relax I want to use a keratin treatment to extend the time between relaxer applications to insure that I am not overlapping relaxer applications. I’d like to get your opinion about this routine. 🤔

    Should I shampoo my hair and dry it before relaxer? Or do it on dirty hair? I just took out braids

    If you just took out braids I suggest you do a protein treatment and wait two weeks after then a relaxer. But you should go to a licensed professional for chemical services. Here's the process for a protein treatment. my2goldenhands.blogspot.com/2022/03/Protein%20Treatment.html

    Are relaxers still lye based or have the companies done more with chemistry and made them less toxic (i remember you REALLY had to use scalp protection and watch not to cause blisters 😮)😳

    The relaxer I use affirm relaxer is a no lye relaxer .

    Please offer courses on the texture release process. As a consumer, I haven't found a stylist that is knowledgeable about the process in Corpus Christi. I am watching your videos for the first time today. I didn't know this was on the market. Why? My stylist doesn't know it is available on the market or she isn't confident in successfully completing the process because she hasn't been trained. She doesn't do keratin treatments and the Brazilian Blowout for the same reason.

    I would like to see more videos on relaxed hair showing things to do to make it easier to have extended stretches between relaxer applications. I would like to see all the ways Olaplex can be used before, during and after relaxation services to repair/mitigate damage.🎉

    So sad I hope she can recover. It looks like she needs to cut it all off and start to regrow her hair. I got my hair done one time, my head itched so bad. I had to wash my hair 5 times to stop it from itching. So I truly understand. Dirty utensils and a very evil person. So sad
