thanks you for all these recommendations, i have relaxed hair. Im going to try it. Do you recommand also a nourishing shampoo or else it is better to just use a strengthening shampoo and conditionner. THanks you

I would just use the strengthening shampoo and conditioner I recommended in the video. It has given consistent results for my clients of varied hair types. Hope this was helpful
