The video looks great and easy, but I used all-purpose flour, and when I started mixing it, my dough was just like a mess 😢 I left it on the side for 30 mins and added room temperature butter, and it went so bad that I had to add some more flour because it wasn't like on the video at all. I usually use the same flour for baking and always follow the recipe and don't have problems with that. But something is not right with proportions in this recipe, unfortunately. I think it should be more flour for sure because it is quite a lot of liquid in it 🤷🏼♀️ But it turned out amazing anyway, I just added more flour...this is my first cinnamon rolls! Thanks for the video 😊

I did this cake twice and tried it once with more chocolate by addition of 20g and another time with 1 extra egg. The extra egg seems to make the cake more softer and it can be eaten immediately after taking out from the fridge, whereas the one with more chocolate is harder and will need to take awhile to consume due to it being hard. It taste fabulous and chocolatey and absolutely out of this world. 😍 For those staying in a much more humid country, you will need to do it in the evening. The chocolate will melt quite fast! 😅

I tried this yesterday with exact same measurements. But my cake didn’t set at all. It fell apart when i removed the lock and totally fell apart when i tried to cut it. I refrigerated it for 6hours and it didn’t set. Wouldn’t recommend this recipe. Also i have tried blueberry cheese cake and strawberry cheesecake in a different method and that turned out great (without adding the fruit puree to the cheese and not adding the gelatine too!! Yet it was fine! )

Turned out great :) my second cake ever! Btw.. with the batter, idk if I did something slightly wrong or maybe got the grams a little off but it was thick so I added some more milk lol but it was perfectly fine!
