I'm a modern-day naturalist, passionate about the history of this planet, wildlife and nature. Join us as we investigate and unlock mysteries of the past by searching out prehistoric treasures that tell us what happened long ago. We hunt for fossils, minerals, artifacts, seashells, and anything else. Along the way, we always stop to appreciate the incredible environments and wildlife we encounter.

Let's explore the world's past and what it means about the future, together.

1:12 "good for the immune system" This is more of an old wives tale. The immune system is not a muscle, it's more like a battery. The more of it you use, the less of it you have. It is your last line of defense, your first is your brain. So wash your berries off next time.

I’m so jealous. If I did not have a different life living in Australia I would’ve followed my sister to Florida just for these fossils. Keep up the good work everyone.

It's incredible how they come out when you cut them, quite unique one of a kind of our fathers' creations, wondering if he knew beforehand that someone down the road would create and find such beauty and awe.

I’m not in the USA! I’m in Fife, Scotland! I’ve picked up rocks since I could walk, my shell bucket rarely had shells in always stones and pebbles that caught my eye! 40-odd years on I’m still the same but can carry more finds! Just sep t a week in Tayside, in a area called St Cyrus one a lovely caravan site (rv park) and picked up a load of red and amber jasper and goodness knows what else, as I’ve never found a Decent teaching book or medium to identify raw semi precious stones etc. rock hounding isn’t as big in the U.K. as it is in the USA. I wish it was there would be more opportunity to learn . 😊😊

I had clicked on a shark’s tooth hunt, which lead to this video popping up. It blew my mind to see how many different things they have brought to my attention that I’d never have guessed were fossils 😱😱😱. So thankful they r showing illustrations of the original so we can understand and get educated!! So informative and interesting!!!!!

Yall got my sub this day. I know it means nothing because I'm one in 162k, but yalls adventures inspire me. I'm a rockhounder based on the Mississippi in Iowa, and find all sorts of various stones including moss fossils, agates, and geodes. Cheers!

The both of you need to keep exploring, adventuring and foraging. Do it all and know this guy is along for the ride. Can't wait to see what you've got coming next. Chris, you and Kyle got me into this mess a few years ago and now with the inclusion of your ladies, Bree and Natalie, you've got a great team of folks doing the good things that make the future look better. Keep on keeping on.

I love the gator comments. I used to lead trail rides in Florida and would have to dismount and skoosh them off the trail sometimes. It’d freak out the tourists - I’m 5’3” - and often so were the gators. 🤣
